Ever since her little incident with the kitchen a while back, Bianca had made a promise to herself. She wanted to make sure that she would be able to make the best cookies ever for her friends! However, she knew that she couldn't do it alone. Now that she managed to make some cookies with Zelda, she wanted to do the same with her roommates! Now as she got some ingredients for the chocolate chip cookies, she had to wait for them. She didn't want to burn anything again.

[ Bianca wanted to make cookies with her and Shing, and Kohaku most certainly wasn't opposed to that idea whatsoever. Besides, she wanted to see if she could help Bianca out with making them and not burning them at all. She wasn't a master chef by any means, but she knew enough to do the majority of the cooking for their little household, and she was learning more from Rin.

This sounded like fun! So, it was with a slight bounce in her step that she made her way to the kitchen now, humming a small tune to herself. ]

Bianca! What kind of cookies are we making today?

Actually, I think it was chocolate chip... right?

[ Shing shows up behind Kohaku, peering over her shoulder. Ah, it looks like the kitchen's mostly ready... well, except for a few other things. Like, well, them being there, for once. He laughs as he takes Kohaku's hand and gently tugs her into the kitchen itself. ]

This is gonna be fun~!

Mhmm, that's right, we're making chocolate chip cookies! I wasn't sure what kind of you like but everyone likes that kind right?

[Maybe but hey, at least it seems like the both of them like it! Bianca wasn't good at baking or cooking at any means but her lessons with Zelda has to be something right?

As she stared at the ingredients in the kitchen, it was obvious that she was a little worried. If this fails again, she wasn't sure what would happen but...if she had her not!parents here then everything would be okay right?]

Okay then, let's get started! We're going to need...[brb looking at the book here]

...A lot of stuff.

I know I like them!

[ She looks at the book alongside her. ]

We'll just take it one step at a time and follow the recipe, okay? It's not that hard at all.

So do I! They're good...

[ Shing peers over both girls' shoulders, looking at the book to see what they had to do first... ]

What's it say, what's it say?

Then it's settled, we'll make chocolate chip cookies for everyone! And then once it turns out great, I'll make extras for some of those who arrive here too!

[Because hell yea chocolate cookies!]

Hold on, let's see...! We'll need a lot of sugar, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, some eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and uh...chocolate chips.

...That's still a lot of stuff.

It's not so bad! Like I said, just one step at a time.

[ She starts to gather the ingredients. ]

Besides, we're all here to have fun with this, aren't we? Don't worry about how many things go into making cookies, just relax and enjoy it.

Mm-hmm! Just try not to think about how big it is... start small, and then we can go from there!

[ A pause as he looks at the cookbook again. ]

... in any case, it'd probably help if we had everything out first.

[And then we'll have ~~a cake~~ some cookies!]

Well...I just hope that this will turn out okay in the end! But you are right, we just need to take it slowly! I'm sure that if we do that, it will turn out great!

[Of course, she was looking back at the book and back at the ingredients. Man, where does she even start with this?]

Okay um...I remember Zelda said we should start with the dry stuff first so...

We'll add the one cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 cups of all purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and one teaspoon of baking soda!

So let's get started!

[Off she goes to mix all the stuff in!]

[ She starts measuring out the ingredients that are needed! ]

Hey, Shing, could you preheat the oven please? It needs to be at 375 Degrees.

Ah, sure. Give me a bit...

[ And off he goes to set up that! ]

What's the next step after the dry ingredients?

Uh...let's see here!

[brb, quickly looking over the book!]

We'll need to add 3 eggs here! So we'll need to have someone who is really good at cracking eggs because... [mumble mumble] I-I know I'll get some of the shells in here and that's not good...

I can do it! It's not too hard. I'll show you how to do it so that you won't get any of the shell in there, okay Bianca?

[ And while they're tending to that, Shing's peering at the cookbook to see what else he should grab while they're working on that... ]

That would be great, Kohaku! It's been something I want to work on so if you can do that, I would be really thankful! So um...thank you!

[Don't mind getting a hug from Bianca, Kohaku!]

Ah...but first we should finish baking. So... [She said before looking back at the eggs] How do you do it?

[ She hugs Bianca back, holding her tightly for a moment before turning back to the bowl. ]

Okay, watch closely. And if you get a little bit of the shell in there, don't worry, just make sure your hands are clean and go ahead and get it out of there, okay? There really isn't any perfect way to do this. You just get better at it with time and practice.
