Up for a game?

Who: Radical Edward and her dog Ein, plus anyone who wants to join.

[A curious sight will greet the visitors of the bubble. A scrawny young girl sitting at a small table in the plaza. The table has two seats, which she is currently occupying one of. On the table is a peculiar fish-themed chess set.]

[The board is set up, but with no moves currently made on it. The black pieces are facing towards the girl. The chair across from her, in front of the white pieces, is currently empty. She is staring at the board, waiting.]

[Next to her, on the ground, is a brown welsh corgi. He seems to be occupying himself by exploring the immediate area around the plaza, but for the most part, sticks within sight distance of the girl at the table.]

Ah, well I'm usually open for it whenever I start a commune, i really like keeping in touch with the animal life here in Vatheon.

Relief: Then it will be good to communicate with you in the future as well.

Question: So you can speak with all kinds of animal life then? I assume this has to do with your being a Troll? Your species bears many different and unique abilities that make them hard to classify at times.

Animals to a degree. I uh, I can't commune with humans though, even though they're technically animals I guess? But I can talk to a pretty wide range of things. Ah, yeah, have you met other trolls then?

Affirmation: The user has interacted with a number of Alternian trolls during her stay here, Subject has by proxy. User has interacted with the following according to records: The Grand Highblood, Expatriate Darkleer, Sollux Captor, Karkat Vantas, Kanaya Maryam, and Gamzee Makara.

Oh, so a few then. Yeah, a few of those have some abilities. Wait, what do you mean by user?

User Designation: Edward
Alias: Radical Edward

Definition: User is the current being in charge of the Subject. Usually responsible for programming, fine-tuning, and general maintenance for the prototype Subject.

Statement: Current user goes beyond standard requirements for general user. User: Edward is a friend, and caregiver. In traditional Earth Terms, she would be the Subject's owner. User, however does not believe she owns me. She allows the Subject to follow her out of it's own desire.

In charge, right. Mind if I take a look?

Courteous: By all means. She is currently waiting for someone to initiate a game of chess with her. Subject is nearby her location.

Current Location: North-North-Eastern side of Central Plaza.

Uh, chess? Yeeesh... He's on his way though but- Not sure if I'll uh, put up much a fight in chess, better when it's on a real battle field.

Assuagement: Subject assumes you need to play her in a game. It is simply what she is currently distracted with. User is quite enamored with the game.

Really intent on playing then, huh, seems like a uh, really willful girl.

Acquiesce: At times, yes. User is, actually, quite distractible and flighty most of the time. Certain activities hone her attention to a laser focus, however. Chess is one of those activities.

Conciliatory: Do not misunderstand my comments though, Subject is quite loyal to User: Ed.

No, it's all right, I'm uh, I'm not here to question any loyalties. [Really, he's not, he'd never get between an animal and it's troll/human. Shit you don't do, right there.]

[He's getting closer to the plaza though, not flying, trying to still not do that.]

Amiable Question: So Lysunder, did you enjoy your time spent as a winged-canine?

Statement: Subject is trying to gather and sort information involving the so-called 'curses' enacted upon visitors to this place.

Heh, uh, actually yeah! Rather would be myself though, nothing better.

Curses? There's not a lot to know, but a heck of a lot can happen during them.

Observation: That is good. I have noticed that while the curses can cause any number of near-impossible feats, a lot of them seem to be relatively benign. Subject is unsure of the reasoning why, so then more data is required.

Vexed: If for nothing else, to help keep the user away from trouble as to the best of my abilities. Her reactions can be as difficult to predict as the curses.

Some kind of, testing, or something? I don't know a lot, not really the guy to ask, sorry.

She sounds pretty fun, can't wait to meet the both of you. So, barkbeast, and she's- from the looks of her- a human?

Resigned: I am sure It will take gathering copious amounts of data before Subject makes any headway in that matter.

Confirmation: Yes, User is a human.

Surprised Question: Summoner Lysunder used 'from the looks of' would it be correct to assume you have arrived?

[The corgi starts looking around the area.]

Not just yet, hope you didn't mind, looking through those eyes of yours.

Realization: I see! Your capabilities surpass simple communication.

Curious: What else are you able to do with your abilities?

Well, everything, as far as that creatures concerned. Complete control. [He hadn't been around earlier, but he is now, stepping into the plaza and starting towards where he knows the pooch and the human are.]

Tentative question: Complete control? Could you elaborate?

[The pooch is currently sitting about 30 feet away from the human currently, nearer the center of the plaza.]

I can see, smell, taste, for myself through you, including everything else. If you uh, have powers, as well as more common functions like running and stuff, like some creatures do, I control those as well, I take over your body pretty uh, pretty completely.

[Well, Summoner's approaching at a normal pace, hands in his pockets, horns their natural size, and wings folded up on his back. He gives a small smile to Ein when he sees him.]

Appreciative: I thank you for your candidness.

[Then the small dog sees the Summoner as well, and makes his way over, in return. Once closer, he barks.]

Greetings: Hello.

[Summoner smiles wide, crouching down and putting out a hand.]
