[A curious sight will greet the visitors of the bubble. A scrawny young girl sitting at a small table in the plaza. The table has two seats, which she is currently occupying one of. On the table is a peculiar fish-themed chess set.]

[The board is set up, but with no moves currently made on it. The black pieces are facing towards the girl. The chair across from her, in front of the white pieces, is currently empty. She is staring at the board, waiting.]

[Next to her, on the ground, is a brown welsh corgi. He seems to be occupying himself by exploring the immediate area around the plaza, but for the most part, sticks within sight distance of the girl at the table.]

Heh, well for a strange kid you're still polite, that's nice. Don't have to be all the time though, especially to Mister Such. [A wink and point.]

Grumpy... bumps? [Bumps...what.]

Good thing too, I like to know that about nymphs anyway. It's important they get tenacious young.

Mr. Grumpy-bumps. He was one of the first of the Troll-people that Ed saw when she arrived. He is also known as the Karkat-person, But Ed calls him grumpy-bumps.

Oh right then? And how does he uh, feel about his nick name?

He complained a bit when Ed first gave it to him, but ever since then Mr. Grumpy-bumps has just gone with it. So Edward keeps calling him by that name.

Not much he doesn't complain about. But it's not a bad thing he vents so much, probably helps the kid out.

Edward likes him a lot, she even gave him a Christmas-y present! She worked hard on it, yessiree!

[Ed was back to moving around, and speaking with over-exaggerated movements accompanying her words.]

Christmas present right- Uh, what'd you get him? [Christmas, still weird, but hey bet troll stuff can be just as weird to humans. Granted he- kinda thinks Ed might just be weird in general though.]

[Not that he doesn't like her, quite the contrary.]

Well Ed knows Mr. Grumpy-Bumps isn't as good with computers as Edward is, so she made him an advanced encryption program. Very good stuff, if she says so herself. Ed taught him how to correctly use it... she thinks. It was during a curse, so details are a bit fuzzy.

You talk to Sollux at all yet? He's pretty good too.
