[GV] - 6 - Festive

Golden Victory isn't about to go two months without a proper change in decor! Their fearless leader hasn't seemed to be in the best of spirits (falling into a coma can do that to a guy), so things aren't quite as extravagant as normal. Instead of playful, things seem a bit more ambient - warm golden lights, rich red tablecloths, holly, garland, maybe even a sprig of mistletoe here and there for the mischievous heart that may wander. And... well, it's a bit of a mystery how they managed to get it through the front door, but there's a well-lit tree taking up one corner of the main floor.

Per usual the rules and employee roster are posted near the door. It seems a bit quieter around here than usual.

The staff are free to their normal wardrobes this month... well, for the most part. Red, white, green and gold seem to be all over the place, encouraging to fit in with the Christmas spirit. There may even be some fur or a little more ~*sparkle*~ than the hosts might be used to. A certain emperor may have taken the liberty of making sure there's at least one spectacular outfit front and center for them to wear.

Well- yeah, but... most of it's not stuff you can put in boxes.

What sort of stuff? Maybe we can figure something out together!

Stuff like, um.. sunsets, and napping, and pillow fights even though he says they're my fault...

Hmmm maybe we could get him a pillow shaped like a sun?

[ Okay that's actually a ridiculous idea. ]

Could you even make a sun pillow? I mean, there's- rays...

I couldn't...but I'm sure someone out there can!

I kind of- want it to be more special than that, though.

Hmm...what about just spending the day with him doing those things? A present doesn't have to be an actual thing does it?

Well what's something special you'd get someone that's not Axel?

[ At least then he could have an idea of what special was to Roxas. ]

Well, like- the seashells you got me, stuff from home. The stuff with good memories, you know?

I guess a pack of sea salt ice cream wouldn't work....

Yeah. We already have that in the freezer.

Anyway, with Axel it's not really any of the stuff we do, it's being with him that makes it a good memory.

Maybe...maybe you could get someone to draw out all your happy memories and put them in an album? Hey I bet Namine would help!

Y'know, in Twilight Town, Pence used to take photos of all the stuff we- they did. What about that?

Yeah. I mean, it doesn't help with old memories, but- we'll make lots more.

Those are what really count anyway. You have to make a bunch of new memories together!
