Try not to get worried, try not to turn on to problems that upset you...
Who: Sufferer and Redglare
Where: The park and then the woods
When: after this
Style: [ ]
Status: you just wish you could be this rad... closed
[After speaking to Redglare and arranging a meeting, Sufferer heads to the park. Once he arrives, he doesn't see her right away, and sits on a bench to wait. He's definitely interested in meeting her; she's from the future, long after his death, and he wants to see if her version of events is much different from Summoner's.]
[While he waits, he fiddles with the wrappings on his wrists. Much as when he was here before, he's taken to wearing bandages around his wrists that extend halfway up his forearms, covering the hideous scars there. Now, though, there's a pair of supple, black leather gloves covering his robotic hands. From a distance, and even up close, it's difficult to tell that his hands are not the ones he was hatched with.]

Even if the idea of meeting him, of meeting the man who's words had helped form her ideals to such a degree makes something in her bile-sack twist.
Any hesitation she might feel though does not show on her face, which is grace by a small but present smile, nor in the set of her back or shoulders which are straight and upright. Had Sufferer known her better he might have been able to tell that she is over compensating, that her shoulders are just a tad too straight and tight compared to her normal posture. As it stands though, she at least looks the part of confident, successful legislacerator when she calmly walks up to him.]
I hope I'm not too late.

Not at all.
[He looks up at her, not rising immediately from the park bench. She certainly carries herself like a confident, professional troll, and while he doesn't get intimidated by other trolls, he can tell she's a force to be reckoned with.]
Shall we, then?
[He gets up and offers her his arm. Dolorosa didn't raise any rude trolls, no she did not!]

You are a charmer, but I must decline! I'm fine just like this.
[She is not ready to really touch you yet, Signless. Almost as if the idea of touching you makes you even more real, even more than just that idea she had come to care so much, perhaps too much, about.]

As you will. Follow me, I know a place where we won't be disturbed.
[He sets off into the woods at a leisurely pace. It's not like she'll have any trouble keeping up, since her legs are longer than his. Everyone's legs are longer than his.]
Are you settling in well?

I am. It's a very different place from Alternia though.
I'm using this account for icons, specifically the I SAID HEY ones
That it is. Sometimes the peace and quiet is hard to get used to.
begone you crazy lady.
The wigglers seems to have adjusted well.
I look into the abyss, and I whisper "...no..."
They have.
[The shadow of a smile dances across his face.]
They had an excellent leader to help them.
the abyss is not a good life coach.
[She chuckles a little. Discussing the wigglers is easy. No attachment there beyond a faint fondness.]
Don't think you are the only one with a good descendant! I'll have you know mine is quite awesome as well.
what're you talking about, the abyss is a GREAT life coach!
I can't argue that, certainly. Terezi and I haven't met in person yet, but she made quite the impression on me when we spoke.
