[Ky tries tugging back now again, hoping (it's too selfish a thing to use a prayer on, to ask God for) that they'll be released.]

[Their hands finally pop loose, but catch right back again at the fingers.]

[Ky makes a frustrated sound in the back of his throat.]

[Jade continues walking like he's not still attached to Ky, even going to far as to hum idly to himself.]

However, apparently since Ky is fussing, the curse finally lets them go and Jade takes his hand back, flexing it and feeling the fingers crinkling from being in the same position for so long.]
