[ Between finding himself literally stuck to Kohaku at the beginning of the week and seeing that everyone else was having the same problem... to say that Shing was expecting something awkward to happen at some point during this week would be an understatement.

Of course, by this point it would be nearly impossible to avoid going out of the house, especially where errands were involved...

So, after several moments of decision -- as well as his telling Kohaku that he'd contact her if something or someone came up -- Shing's out and about doing... something.

How hilaribad this ends up as depends on who he encounters at this point. ]

[People have been on edge about getting touched this week! And while that might be a pain for most, their increased paranoia presents a delightful opportunity for pranks...

So don't mind this young pup sneaking up from the side, then suddenly jumping in front of Shing.]

Oh except he's falling, whoa, he didn't mean to scare you that badly, dude! Chibi makes a valiant attempt at a dodge, but sadly he doesn't completely evade that flailing arm. Hand-to-backfur contact is made, and when Chibi tries to pull away... he finds himself quite unable to.

And when Shing attempts to get up, well. He blinks, staring at Chibi for a few moments before sighing... poor thing. ]

[He blinks, confused as to why Shing is apologizing when Chibi was the one who scared him... But, uh, no! No no, it's okay! He... he totally can't think of anyone else he'd rather be stuck to for the rest of... however long they are stuck together!

Though his movement is limited, he manages to hop around a bit (dragging poor Shing's arm with him, whoops). See? He's just fine.] Woof! Arf!

[ WAIT STAHP CHIBI HE NEEDS THAT ARM-- oh, hell, this is just gonna make things difficult, isn't it.

After a few moments of yelping, Shing sighs, sitting up and laughing nervously. ]

Well, this is gonna be a bit of a problem, huh, Fluffy?

[Well, not too much of a problem, so long as they separate before either of the needs to go to the bathroom.

But for Shing's sake, he nods. The height difference means if he wants to get anywhere, he'll probably have to carry Chibi with him...

He puts on the best apologetic look he can manage.] Roo...

[ oh no, Chibi... Shing sighs quietly, sighing as he carefully moves his arm. Hey, now he looks like he's carrying Chibi. ]

Should probably do somethign to keep our minds of this, though... got any ideas?

[Serph's managed to avoid getting too stuck to people, having only had the misfortune of getting stuck once so far. Contrary to what would be sensible, Serph's still getting out and about and still making social calls.

So when he sees Shing, he approaches and greets him with a nod.]

[ Shing approaches - albeit cautiously - as he stops a good foot or so in front of Serph to avoid the curse. for now, anyway. ]

How've you been? It's been a while since we talked...

[Serph isn't the only Embryon out this day. Cielo has been lucky enough to avoid the curse completely until now and even if he did previously get stuck to someone, it wasn't going to keep him in the base for the rest of the week.

He was making his usual rounds of Vatheon when he spots two friends and he makes his way towards them with a wave.]

[It really has been a long time.]

How has your plant's progress been?

[When he spots Cielo out of the corner of his eye, Serph also gives him a nod in greeting.]

Ah, Cielo showed me some of the flowers I planted after I came back from dying... I wasn't in the best shape then.

[ Shing sighs quietly, scratching the back of his head. ]

They were very pretty, from what I recall, though.

[He thought showing Shing the hibiscus would cheer him up and he likes to think that's what it did.

For once, Cielo doesn't have anything to add to the conversation, so he keeps quiet as he reaches the two of them.]

[Mmm, that was quite a while ago, wasn't it? Well, he's glad Cielo looked after Shing.]

Now? Uh... well, I'm getting there! Kohaku's been... very supportive and helpful in helping me get back to normal...

[Even if the relationship between Shing and Kohaku is different, Cielo understands what it means to support someone.]

[Bianca was well aware of what was going to happen after hearing about the wonders of the event. Which was why she was trying her best to make sure that she wouldn't be as clumsy as before. However, some habits die hard.

She was out looking around in the Plaza for a couple of things before accidentally bumping into Shing. Welp]

Yeah. Kohaku and I kind of got stuck together more than once before we figured out what was going on...
