After his encounters with Barry, Fai needed to get out of the apartment. It had been a long start to the week and already he knew that the road ahead was going to be rather long and dangerous. So once he knew that Johnny was going to be okay..or as okay as he possibly could be given the situation..Fai headed out to get some supplies for the apartment.

As he walked down the street, Fai looked up at the bubble. Unfortunately, walking like that means that eventually you will run into someone..and currently that was a particularly bad thing to do because of the random curse that seemed to be going on.

PFFT Poor Dwight XD

Fai was surprised when he suddenly encountered someone and takes a step back to try and apologize. When he saw who it was, he smiled brightly. "Good afternoon, Dwight~! How are you today?"

Fai wasn't particularly good..after spending the last day stuck to a pretty terrible person. But he wasn't going to mention that.

It is his life lol

He slowly straightened up, realizing he'd have to stoop a little to keep from unbalancing Fai. Dwight just gave a small chuckle, "I'm fine, FAi. What have you been up to?"

Tug, tug...yeah he isn't a big fan of this curse.

Fai would normally find this curse to be very amusing but the first part of the week had been a bit difficult. He steadied himself as Dwight stood and realized immediately the dilemma they now had. He smiled up at the other man.

"I've been up to the same thing as everyone else..getting stuck to people and dealing as best I can."

"Guess this is one of the curses everyone told me about." He ran a hand through his hair and offered a slightly apologetic smile at FAi, "This kinda happened to me already too."

A small tug at his stuck arm and shoulder but it doesn't seem like it's going to be getting him anywhere.

"Where were you off too?" He doesn't want to mess up any plans.

"This is a pretty tame one." Fai was resisting the urge to let that teasing side of his really let loose with the stuck body parts. He really wanted to behave since Dwight was now stuck to him. It wouldn't do him good to make the man even more miserable then this probably was going to make him. But Fai's restraint was quickly giving out.

"I wasn't going anywhere in particular. Just needed to get out of the apartment for awhile. Where you going somewhere? It seems wherever it is now inludes me~"

"Seems like it." Miserable wasn't really the word, it was more like resigned. Things like this were just something to deal with and maybe laugh at once it was over. Which would only be a week away. Hopefully.

"Uh, I was thinking of the forest. How woodsy are you?"

"I wouldn't mind going to the forest. I've spent enough time in them while traveling that I rather enjoy them." Fai shifted enough to hug Dwight's arm as best he could with their current stuck situation. So much for behaving..

"So let's go for walk to the woods. It's now a date~." One that Dwight couldn't get out of.

Yeah, oddly enough? This sort of teasing Dwight hasn't had to deal with in years. He does shake his head in amusement, "It's something familiar." And now he has a clinging blond. At least it would make walking easier.

"A date?"

At least its an adorable blond. Some would be jealous to have him hanging off their arm. "A date~. That's what it is called when two people go and do something together, right? People might talk if they see us walking arm in arm." Fai was teasing but it wasn't like they had much of a choice.

In his experience, adorable blonds tend to attract trouble. He isn't the type to blush but his eyebrows do shoot up a bit. Fai seemed to be, well, somewhat serious about this.

"I usually just call it hanging out." So...he's just going to start off for the woods.

"Ah~ Hanging out. I guess that could be a good term for it too but the other term is more fun." It also tended to get a more interesting reaction. As for trouble..well there is a whole lot of trouble wrapped up in one lanky blond now stuck to Dwight's arm.

"What are we going to do once we get to the woods?"

"Fun for who?" Definitely an interesting reaction, though Dwight is just sort of eyeing Fai. Not sure if the boy was teasing or being serious. He was a little out of practice on everything not involving a hammer and nails.

"Just scope it out. Make sure there's nothing weird hiding in it." Like ghosts or flesh eating chipmunks. That sort of thing.

"Fun for me because it gets an amusing reaction out of you." Fai can tell that Dwight was confused and that is a fun reaction.

"Ah~ So make sure there are no monsters waiting to eat people? How exciting."

Confused, bemused, maybe a little amused as well. Fai is just making Dwight side eye everything right now. Though admittingly, it could really be a lot worse.

"You have a funny way of defining exciting." And Dwight is going to pick up the pace a bit, he tends to forget he has long legs. Though he does keep Fai a bit behind him, just in case there is something 'exciting' in the woods.

Fai managed to keep up just fine, which is good considering he is very much attached. But those long legs of his keep up well. Fai wasn't too worried about encountering something dangerous. He had ways of defending himself, even if it would be a little tougher considering his current Dwight accessory.

"I've seen a lot of exciting things on many different worlds. I'm still alive even despite that. That doesn't mean I want to encounter anything that could eat me on this one though."

"Let's hope it's just a walk in the woods." Dwight tries to keep in mind that he's sort of attached to someone else but forgive him a few tugs once they are amongst the trees. Though he does calm down a bit. Familiar surroundings and all.

"If you don't mind me asking, what sort of things did you run into?"

"Ahhh, let's see~ There was the lady that could shoot acid at us. That was a difficult one. And there was the chess match where you had to actually fight to protect your queen. Then there was the monsters in the virtual world that could grow really big and strong depending on their level."

Fai had many stories to tell but they were often very disjointed. He was not one to spend time on details.

"Virtual world?" He spots his inspection of a small path leading away from them, "You were stuck in a video game?"

That was something that hadn't happened to them yet. At least, not that he knew of. The Acid Lady could probably be an interesting story as well.

"We were! But we didn't know it at the time. We just thought it was a normal world. But then one by one we died. And when we died we actually woke up in the room connected to the machine. It was very odd. Then the person we were fighting in the game showed up in the real world. He was a difficult one." Fai also encountered Seishirou on the world he was in just before coming to Vatheon. But that was a whole different story.

"Hmm, and I thought you had multiple lives in a game." He shrugged, a little, which was weird because he could feel Fai move with him. He ran a hand through his hair at that.

Fai was a fighter; that was good. At least it gave them better odds if something did show up in the woods. Hopefully. He rubbed his trapped wrist out of habit as his focus went up to the canopy. Nothing like the forests back in Maine.

"I think it depends on the game. In that one, we just disappeared out of it. But it also might be because we weren't supposed to be there in the first place." Fai was a fighter..but it was far different from when he was in the Virtual world. His powers had changed significantly since then. Of course he would much rather run and avoid violence when he could. That much hadn't changed.

"There's game types?" Forgive him Fai, he only ever played Pac-Man. Occasionally a fighting game; maybe. He pushes aside a branch, blinking as a few critters scurry away from them.

"That one was set up like a whole real world. We ran a cafe and had to defeat monsters. We were in search of something so we had to talk to all these interesting people. It was unlike any game I had seen before..which might be why we didn't realize it was one." That seemed like ages ago but Fai smiles fondly in remembrance of it. He kind of enjoyed running the cafe.

Another pause and Dwight lets out a little sigh, "I...really don't want to say this but...we might have to sit for a bit." He's stuck awkwardly to Fai and his back and shoulder are starting to tense up.

"Okay~ Let's find somewhere nice to sit and relax." Fai takes the lead at this point and brings Dwight over to what he deems a nice area to sit. Fai would normally just plop down but he makes sure to wait for Dwight since they are very much attached and plopping down would probably end badly for the both of them.
