[Amaterasu is out again today! But instead of roaming about like she usually does, she's got something set up...



And behind her is a GIANT FREAKING THING OF TEA. Seriously that barrel is bigger than Ammy is, who even needs that much tea? And how did she get it all set up with that fire burning underneath it and clean water boiling and-- Ammy. Ammy please. And it's not only the tea, there's also a barrel of sake.

Ammy herself is at least sitting politely on one of the pillows, sitting and waiting for someone to join her, apparently. She's particularly eager to meet the people she met when she was body-switched, but hey, there's all kinds of new people to meet.]

[And roaming about is where Angelina Durless finds herself on this lovely Friday, for once leaving the clinic early. And she finds something she never expected. A white wolf sitting upon pillows with a tea party going on? Well An is certainly curious. She goes close to the wolf and smiles.]

Excuse me... Are you waiting for your master or mistress to come back? Might have they set up this lovely eastern tea party? [She has no idea Ammy is the sun goddess.]

[Chibi, in a fine show of not knowing a damn thing about proper etiquette, ignores the set-up completely and circles around to sniff at the giant barrels instead.

Hijiri is just going to stare for a moment at this setup. Because seriously where did all this stuff come from and then there's this large... dog? Wolf? Or maybe it's one of those creatures Tsuzuki has. What was it called again? Oh, yeah, shikigami.

He cautiously steps nearer then smiles. "Hello." Though he feels a bit silly as maybe Ammy won't understand him...

[Ammy snorts, looking put out. She's got no master, lady, she's her own wolf!]

[It's tea! For fun, you know. Hey, go ahead and sit down, we can drink tea together.]

[Howdy! Ammy wags her tail, waving her paw at Hijiri and beckoning to sit.]

[Oh hey it's one of those dogs agaiii-wow that is a big thing of tea. That is apparently the dog's. Time to investigate.

In other words, Gale will be approaching Ammy and the barrel, glancing back and forth between the two.]

[She drops a paper onto the table, which reads "Amaterasu".]

[Ammy paws at his leg, nodding her head towards the table. Come on, sit!]

[Now she is even more amazed. Even if she doesn't know Amaterasu is the name of the Sun Goddess, she didn't know wolves could read or write.]

Is that your name, my Lady? It is nice to meet you. [She bows.] I am Angelina Durless.

[Karkat's had a lot on his mind lately, between two particular returns, and two particular absences. Some of it's good! To have those two people here again is far, far better than the alternative. But even those carry heavy thoughts, and the absences, while less direct in effect, have added to the weight of his thoughts.]

[That's why today, walking home from his job at a movie store (work does not stop just because of emotions), Ammy and her barrels provide just the lighthearted diversion he needs. He strolls over, eyebrows raised.]

Chibi takes a seat on the pillow opposite her (and by takes a seat, I mean he spins three times and flops on his butt) and puts his paws on the table.

[Alister had only stopped a few times in his hoverbooting escapades, and upon the sight of what appears to be a tea party of things, the Lombax finds reason again to halt his excursion. So the Elder walks forward, spotting the white wolf and raising at brow at the peculiar setup.]

And here they say pups are uncivilized.

[Unwanted visitor alert, but he's staring at that motherfucking huge vat (what else could it be, certainly not a teapot) of tea and barrel of sake. He can smell the alcohol, ok, he knows exactly what's in there.

He doesn't make any movements to scare an odd looking lusus woofbeast with red markings, and just stares.]

[Ammy bows her head, politely, before waving her paw at a seat. Come, come, sit, enjoy tea with her!]

[Ammy puts another sake cup on the table, in front of Chibi. They're easier to drink from when you have paws, after all. Then she uses Waterspout to pour the tea from the barrel into the glass, then some milk. That should do!

...And she pours herself some sake. Mmm.]

[She shakes her head. Naw, she's just waiting for people to join her. She waves her paw at his cup, as if asking if he'd like some tea.]

[Nod, nod! Chibi is her baby.]
