They don't seem to be bothered at all by the fact they're dripping wet, though the one with the dreadlocks is carrying a submachine gun. Every now and again, they converse with each other, but they don't seem aggressive.

[You know what doesn't make sense? The fact that they were over 24,000 feet in the air and then things exploded and suddenly there in a completely different place. When Cielo woke up, Serph was also there but...he couldn't see Heat or Argilla or Gale or Sera. Even though he was worried about them, there was no denying that this new place had a way of commanding your attention.]

[This was new. Izaya's been watching them for a minute or two but now the informant's pretty curious. And probably in the most inappropriate way possible. He strolls up, not so much giving the gun a second thought but he really seems mostly harmless himself.

...Well, okay. She is mildly surprised by this, but only by the fact that they're wet and totally unbothered. It feels like it's been a while now, since the Coral's brought more unfortunate victims here...but then again, it seems to happen every month. Almost hard to believe.]

Actually, that is not what Naoya is thinking at all. Instead, upon spotting the gun, he tenses, straightening to pay better attention to the pair. His expression, however, is calm as he draws a hand out of his pocket to wave at them.

He showed up the same way, after all; no need to think they are hostile right off the bat. Then again, it is always a possibility.

One ninja is busy falling back into habit of doing some patrolling though at the sight of the two -strange clothes were strange, even for her who's seen enough with being here-, she's pausing, perching briefly on a nearby rooftop before hopping down for a better look at the two.

Though she has noticed Cielo's gun -or rather, is it a gun? It was different from the rifles she was used to back home.-, and even she knows not to approach an armed person without her own guard up. And as such, she's pausing in her steps. She doesn't need to really startle these two, especially the one with the odd-looking gun.]
