When: Soon after Heat's arrival
Where: The Embryon base

Sera waited just outside the base with some clothes, a ball of nerves about the reunion. She was sincerely happy that Heat was safe and that he'd made it to Vatheon, but she could never forget the time spent in the Embryon's temporary base camp.

He'd taken her aside, just the two of them, and then...

It was just a kiss, but it felt wrong to Sera. She'd ran out of the room to the safety of her other comrades, in a state of stress and confusion over what had happened. She loved Heat, just as she loved her other comrades, but...not in the way he'd interpreted it.

Was this good or bad? Either way, she would be happy. Heat was one of the tribe.

Heat entered first, a bit of a sour look still on his face, though he turned his attention towards the construction of the base once he was inside. His hands found their way to his hips as he swept his eyes from once side of it to another, even taking a moment to look up at the roof above them.

"Not bad, I guess."

"It's not as big as your base in Junkyard, but I think that's okay." After all, the tribe was down to five right now if she was included. Sera began to feel a little more at ease as she showed Heat around the house with Cielo, still hoping he might loosen up and not be so intimidating and angry.

"It's also away from most people," Cielo added. "The closest people are the ones who live in the forest and they like to keep to themselves." Which made them the perfect neighbors. Much better than the Vanguards, at any rate. All things considered, this building was pretty much perfect for a base.

Heat continued forward, his silence for the moment was a good enough indication that he seemed to approve. Sera had a point too, there was no sense in them having a sizeable base while their tribe seemed so few in number.

"Show me the War Room."
