Who: Heat, Sera, Cielo (maybe Serph and/or Gale later?)
When: Soon after Heat's arrival
Where: The Embryon base
Status: closed
Sera waited just outside the base with some clothes, a ball of nerves about the reunion. She was sincerely happy that Heat was safe and that he'd made it to Vatheon, but she could never forget the time spent in the Embryon's temporary base camp.
He'd taken her aside, just the two of them, and then...
It was just a kiss, but it felt wrong to Sera. She'd ran out of the room to the safety of her other comrades, in a state of stress and confusion over what had happened. She loved Heat, just as she loved her other comrades, but...not in the way he'd interpreted it.
Was this good or bad? Either way, she would be happy. Heat was one of the tribe.

"There she is, bro."
It was his indication for Heat to go talk to her. Cielo was going to find a nice spot nearby the sit and watch.

"Sera..." he looked her over once, then shifted his eyes away. "I'm uh... glad you're safe."

No. She relaxed in her stance and looked up at him, a hesitant smile on her face. He was okay, and that really made her happy. They should all be together, even with her scary 'big brother'.
It was a little easier to look at him when his gaze shied away from her. She briefly glanced at Cielo who wasn't too far away, then took a careful step closer. Maybe there was something wrong?
"Are you okay, Heat?"

Or did Heat really have something he wanted to say to Sera?
Well, if he did, he should say it soon!

She nods at him. "But you're safe, and that's what's important. I was afraid I lost everyone. But Argilla is still missing. I'm worried..."

He waited months for more of the Tribe to arrive and they did. It might take time, but she'll be there. He's sure of it.

Sera cowers at Heat's intense gaze, taking a few steps back towards the garden. Her nerves have such a grasp on her that she accidentally kicks over one of the mugs. The clinking nose of her shoe against it causes her to gasp.
"Oh no..."

Uh...what was he supposed to do? Heat would never hurt Sera (...intentionally...), but she's clearly frightened here. Alright, he didn't care if this earned him a punch from Heat, he had to do something.
"Er...well, now that you're here, Heat, do you want a tour of the base?"
Even though there really isn't much to look at in the first place.

Whiping his head to the side, staring at the now-broken mug, the corners of his mouth dipping into a deep scowl. He placed his hands on his hips again as he spoke, his tone sharp, "You should have done that in the first place." It would have saved him from this situation after all...

"We can show Heat around town, too." If the base tour didn't end on a bad note, that is.

"There's lots to see in this place."
no subject
"Not bad, I guess."

"Show me the War Room."
