Capture the flagtheon

It is a beautiful day in Vatheon. The perfect weather for a capture the flag tournament.

Of course, it is always perfect weather in Vatheon for a capture the flag tournament --it's that island with its changeable weather you have to look out for-- but it was such a nice hook to start the post on.

Over in the forest quadrant everything has been set out for the tournament. The fields have been prepared, the flags are ready, the Vatheon mugs are stacked and ready and a few vendors have taken up spot on the edge of the mingling field just outside of the actually 'battle grounds'. The teams are... well, hopefully they are ready, cause this is going down now!


[ooc: Aight. Feel free to use this as a general mingling log even if you are not here to play in the tournament. Anyone is free to just stop by to watch. Or play a just for fun match on one of the fields once the actual matches are done. Go wild.]

I hope so... But I'd rather not leave you here. So far all arrivals and disapperances seem to be random.

I just wouldn't want to leave you here with Muraki wandering around...

Talking of Muraki... What kind of relationship did the other me have with him ?

[Sighs.]

I'm not exactly sure. He left not long after I arrived. I think he trusted Muraki.

How could he ? After all what Muraki did to him... me... us.

I think he came from a point in time before we met Muraki. Because he was definitely a Shinigami. And he knew who I was. From what I heard from Muraki, the other Tsuzuki didn't recognize him when arriving here.

It's weird... But I do understand why he seemed so surprised by my attitude towards him when I arrived.

Yes. And I must admit I was surprised by the other Tsuzuki-san's trust on the doctor.

Yes... And what about you and him ?

[He shrugs.]

We didn't get to talk much before he left. But he did seem happy that I arrived.

I... Hum... I am quite glad that you're here, Tatsumi-san...

[Gives Asato one of his gentle smiles and a very brief hug.]

I'm glad to see you, Tsuzuki-san. But if I am honest, I would rather you were safe at home. [Hopefully he will understand that it's not that Tatsumi doesn't want to see him, but he doesn't want Asato to be trapped in this place.]

I understand, Tatsumi-san. But I don't think that I was totally safe at home either... [Asato is never safe, he carries his burdens with him, wherever he is.]

I suppose you're right. I just hope Kurosaki-kun is doing fine. He's just as good as you about getting in trouble.
