Who: Tiir and
vatheon!
Where: Somewhere on the streets.
When: Morning.
Style: [I'm lazy sob]
Status: Open!
Warnings: Blood and death, because Tiir is a psychopath like that. Also be warned that if you attack him, he will probably just leave the scene f-fffff. :D;
[... Ah. Ahaha—
Guriko is gone again. He should've expected this.
Either way, he goes out to do what always comes to mind when he's in a bad mood: kill. In the back of his mind, he knows that it's wrong (Minato would disapprove—) but he made no promises. He agreed not to feed on others, yes, but not on taking a life.
And right now, morals be damned—he needs to kill.
Consequently, one poor local is getting his head grabbed by Tiir, whose eyes are glowing brightly as he applies pressure. It's a bloody means of killing, but it's familiar and that's exactly what he's aiming for as the man's head bursts, soaking a smirking Tiir in blood.
Tossing the body onto the ground, he starts to laugh, even though there's nothing particularly amusing about the situation. He laughs, because he doesn't know how else to react.
... It's better than crying over this, at least.]

There's too much to think about and he'll worry about it later, but for now he sees that anger and so he lunges forward between the two of them, Evoker still clenched in his hand.
He trusts Tiir--so he instead faces Walter, his back to Tiir.]
Walter-san.
Do you want to die?
[Because you're not going to win this fight against Tiir. Isn't it obvious?]
no subject
Minato's trust in him never fails to baffle him—though that's not important right now.]
... Minato, get out of the way.
no subject
When has he last won an actual battle with someone?]
I'm -- !
[Already . . . already? No. He corrects himself.]
I'm not running.
no subject
Don't be so quick to throw away your life.
[And his tone grows a little quieter, but also sharper, and it might just be intended for Tiir as well.]
There's no point to this.
no subject
And so, he smirks.]
It seems that he would rather die than live, and I, for one, would be happy to carry out the deed. That's enough of a 'point' for me.
no subject
What I do with my life is none of you Orerines' concern!
[Who is he is to tell him how to manage his life? Who is he?
He's losing his cool, getting ahead of himself again, this is approaching a territory he needs to immediately withdraw from -- ]
no subject
[While Minato's tone rises, it's still unusually calm considering the circumstances. He stands fearlessly between Tiir and Walter, expression solemn and steady.
...]
It is my concern, because I don't want to see either of you hurt.
Not again.

Tiir knows how stubborn Minato is, as he wouldn't have put up with Tiir for this long if he were willing to stand down so easily. And while it's a trait that Tiir can respect, it can be a bit annoying—particularly in a situation like this.
He sighs.]
I won't do anything while you're in the way, Minato. You know that.
[Though he could easily move around Minato, there's no way to tell how the boy will react, and Tiir would rather not risk having him jump in and take an attack meant for Walter.]
no subject
And he's sick of this illusion of "caring for one another," sick of this blasphemous city and the people in it.]
no subject
Instead he steps forward, reaching to put his hand on Walter's shoulder.]
Walter-san, what are you running away from?
[Orerines? People?]
no subject
This feels all too familiar, considering he was once in Walter's position. All things considered, he should be glad that he's gone past that—though incidents like these make him wonder if he has at all.
Either way though, what happens between Walter and Minato isn't his problem, and so he steps back with the intention of leaving.]
no subject
And if I am? What of it?
[Almost violently, he thrusts an accusatory finger forward.]
The one throwing away his life is you. You think you have the right to say anything?
no subject
He'll have to find Tiir and apologize to him later.
But he can't look away from Walter in this. Because this is important.]
Maybe I don't have the right. But this isn't about me.
What are you running away from, Walter-san?
no subject
Hurt Minato and Tiir will personally hunt him down and kill him.
And with that, he walks away.]
no subject
. . . hm.
He lowers his hand, some immediate anger of the moment subsiding with that outburst.]
I have no reason to answer you.
no subject
...]
No, you don't. And you can do whatever you want. I can't force you.
[...]
But at the very least, I want to understand, if you'll allow me to.
no subject
There is nothing for you to understand.
no subject
But he is calm, if a little challenging.]
Nothing?
What of the Orerines? And what the ocean is to you?
[A slow shake of his head.]
There is a good deal to understand. It is not fair to you if I do not make the attempt.
no subject
[There's so much he want to let out, but this is neither the place nor time for another outburst. No, everything is supposed to be concealed, a sacred secret. He's already said too much between then and now. Foolish mistakes of his . . .
His own fists clench.]
It doesn't matter what you think is fair.
[Because he doesn't care. Walter would simply rather they all died. Ceased to exist. Be gone.]
no subject
Here? But it has significance to you at home, doesn't it?
no subject
This is not there.
no subject
It isn't. That doesn't mean that your home isn't important still, right?
no subject
That place is not important here. All Lamufao cares about is the power of the people from it. [Only to preserve the city -- ] And they have no need to, either.
no subject
Why...? He doesn't understand.]
Perhaps they don't. It's not them I care about right now, though. It's you.
You...don't have to abandon your home, do you...?
no subject
Don't care. I'm not interested in answering any more of your meaningless questions.
