New Roommate!
Who: Prussia and Italy
Where: Prussia's House (Phanga Neighbourhood)
When: 9th May
Style: Prose
Status: Closed
Gilbert was legitimately excited as fuck. The house he managed to get was too large for one person, and now that he was going to have someone else sharing - someone who could cook and clean, mind you - he was darting about in an excitable tizzy. He prepped the guest room by airing out the spare sheets and slipping them on the mattress, pillows and duvet, and even did a quick hoover through the house. He may hate cleaning, but that didn't mean he wanted Italy to think he lived like a complete slob. Contrary to popular belief, Gilbert was tidy...
He just hated cleaning. That was all.
By the time he was done, Gilbert was ready to flop on the sofa and go to sleep. He refrained and instead sat in the living room, glancing over at the window every so often in hopes of catching sight of Italy, before scowling and looking away, ashamed at being so, well, desperate. The house really was too big for one person, he had felt lonely by himself... Although he would sooner kill himself than admit that out loud. Clustering was for the weak and all that.
God, with how many times he repeated that that may as well be his catchphrase now.

Italy was soon up the stairs to Prussia's apartment, a few locals in tow helping him with a few boxes of perishables. Italy carried his clothing and art supplies, which he had to maneuver to knock on Prussia's door.
This was exciting. He was going to live with Germany's big bro. He sounded like he needed the company and someone to make sure he wasn't eating microwaveable food all the time. And Prussia did appreciate Italy's food too.

"Italy! Hey, welcome, c'mon, c'mon, in in in~"

"Ve~~, thanks," Italy grinned broadly behind the box of clothing. "It's mostly food. I couldn't let good food spoil." He nodded to the locals, who had already made their way into the house to place the boxes in the kitchen like a mini local army. "Ve~~~ they're all so nice."

Italy nodded emphatically at the question, "Si, si. That's everything." Just a lot of art and food and some very stylish clothes.

"Ve, this place is really nice~~~" Italy commented, peering over his box.

They both reached the bedroom, and Gilbert nudged the door open, revealing a spacious, Spartan room with a clean bed. "Here you are. You got a wardrobe and everything. Pretty neat, huh?"

Then again, a five year old was a better artist than Lutz.
