[It goes without saying that Cielo loves flying. He loved flying in the Junkyard and he loves flying in Vatheon too. It gives him a sense of freedom even with the restricted airspace. And while the rain doesn't bother him in the least, it's been grey all week and now that it's sunny, he's going to make the most of this day.

So he's spent the last thirty minutes up in the air in his demon form circling around the entire island, just enjoying the simple pleasure of a lazy flight. He descends, landing on the beach and reverting. Want to know what it's like to fly? Try asking him to give you a ride!

Or just talk to him about anything, like how great beaches are or why is he a weird toothy rainbow flying thing. He's happy to do that too.]

[There's a dude there! And he seems friendly. This is probably the first time someone has recognized him as part of the DF though.]

[Katsu has managed to convince himself to take a day off. So now that he's on the island he's picking up the feel of a demon and - oh. He just stares at Cielo until he lands and turns back, and laughs a little.]

[That is...? Oh! Cielo remembers! It's Katsu, one of the people he met on his first day in Vatheon.]

[He heads a bit closer. No sense in shouting or anything.]

[While Cielo has been up in the air, Gale was down on the beach. For most of the time, he wasn't paying any attention to Cielo. Instead, he has been training on his own, practicing kicks so that he can use the knives in his shoes effectively. Once that was finished, he'd stopped and simply watched Cielo fly.]

[Last time the two of them were on the beach, a chase erupted that ended on an embarrassing note for Cielo. Ever since then, he's been making sure there won't be a repeat of that. No more tripping over Tribe leaders. Or anything else for that matter.

When he lands, he gives Gale a grin.]

Nice weather today. It's good for flying.

[And anything else, but especially good for flying.]

[At least Cielo can't trip in the air.]

[Laguna had been staring out at the sea, hands on his hips and enjoying the breeze when he saw Cielo fly by, though he didn't recognize him until he transformed again. He had spoken to him in passing once... when his hair was done and he'd mistaken him for a lady at first. His leg twinged in sympathy.]

[Laguna blushes slightly, looking down and rubbing the back of his head. How embarrassing!]

[It certainly is fantastic to have good weather again. Makes it far easier for Gamzee to laze on the beach, sprawled out on the sand like the laziest troll ever, occasionally sipping his faygo. He'll just getting his good chill on, getting all lost in the appreciation of the miracles of the world and--

dude, that motherfucker just went from demon to human. A human he knows even!

Pushing up onto one elbow, Gamzee stares at Cielo, his expression one of mellow shocked wonder and interest.]

Woah. Goddamn, that was motherfuckin' bitchtits.

[Cielo recognizes Gamzee's voice. He's not sure what "motherfuckin' bitchtits" are, but there were generally two reactions to seeing his demon: amazement or fear. This definitely fell into the former category.]

[It looks like the troll had a similar idea and came to enjoy the beach.]

[Without eyes, Cielo can't tell exactly who, but demon senses tell him someone's there and they're friendly. When he reverts to human form, he can see it's Rinoa, the girl he talked to over the SFC.]

[Yukari wants to enjoy the sun, too; and honestly, she probably wants to remind herself that the island is still real, after it suddenly disappeared on her and turned into some weird, deserted city. That was...definitely unexpected to say the least--

She is honestly glad it's back; and since she's familiar with Cielo's demon form by now, she recognizes him. Maybe it's even more recognizable than his ridiculous hair...

So she waves, watching him circle the island.

[There are just so many recognizable things about Cielo. Where does one start, really? Cielo identifies Yukari by scent when he touches down on the beach.]

[He's happy to see his best sis in the bubble up on the island.]

[At one point, Cielo might encounter a black creature in the air. Technically it's on self-patrol, hence it doesn't attack or go after Cielo on sight, and instead begins to fall back toward the nearby abandoned village at a respectable speed with its arms swaying back and forth.

Cielo has learned that not every non human creature he encounters is a demon. But he'd be pretty damn surprised if that thing he senses is not one.

He has to know what this is.

And so he follows the creature towards the village. He won't attack it just yet - there's no reason to pick a fight unless the creature gets aggressive.]
