Another new arrival, another person waterlogged in the plaza. Today it's a young man, no older than seventeen or eighteen, in a heavy uniform of some sort that might actually be familiar to a few people in Vatheon. There's a pair of glasses near by, having fallen off his face at some point, and a very large double-bladed staff weapon under his right hand as if he'd been holding on to it moments before.

There's a small problem, though.

He's unconscious. And not moving.

[Though Hubert doesn't put much stock in simple optimism. He's not going to say anything about that.]

Well... now I'm not sure what to do about myself in this situation.

Probably finding a place to live would be the best choice.

I'm... not entirely sure how to go about something like that.

[He pretty much had everything in that sense provided for him back home. And when he wasn't with his parents he was with the military.]

I heard that there are several buildings in the lower and middle districts. Those are the third and second tiers of this place. And apparently we don't have to pay rent. [Which he doesn't understand at all.]

Rent doesn't have to be paid? Odd... but fortuitous those of who have just arrived, I suppose.

Have you looked at these accommodations yourself?

Well, that is what I heard. I have to yet to see it for myself. I'm actually on my way to find a place to live. I was suggested to look at Yutopil appartments.

I may have to investigate these apartments later. I want to see if I can locate my friends here first.
