Who: Bulma and YOU(!!)
Where: Plaza areaish?
When: TODAY MORNING 'O CLOCKNOON?? (Mid-morning more like)
Style: [Brackets]
Status: Opeeeen
[Of course it didn't take Bulma long to figure out how the SFC worked. She even made time to criticize how obsolete the design and features were despite being profoundly confused about where she was at the moment. It certainly wasn't where she was a few seconds ago, nobody that she knew was around and she was...soaking wet. Her initial shock and shouts of "REALLY? REALLY?!" aside, she has to consider more practical options. Panic? Well yes that was an option, she could do that once she got more information, for now Bulma is sitting in the Plaza sending out a message to the network at large.]
Krillin,
You think you can get away from telling Chichi about Gohan and Goku?
When I find you, you're going to pay for ditching me.
<3
[Never mind that Krillin's number doesn't show up no matter how many different ways she tries to sort the directory out, she still attributes it to the technology being flawed. Being a super genius, however, has its perks and she knows very well she can fix it up.
But first, she'll pocket the thing and wander off to find an open space to put her capsule house. She needs a warm bath and a change of clothes, stat. ...And to get away from the weird greeters; it's nice of them to offer her towels and everything, but a girl has to assert her personal space!]
No thank you, I REALLY don't want a towel, I'm fine!

Be quiet!

Sorry, I'm trying to get myself oriented without being manhandled over here.

[This isn't the way that he wanted to spend his day, that's for sure! She's a little difficult to ignore, though. It's not that his ears are sensitive exactly, but her whining grates on him in a way that he can't dismiss easily.]
no subject
Have you seen a little bald man?

[He gestures vaguely at her SFC, then turns to go.]

Gohan takes a moment to breathe, locate Bulma's ki, and fly like a bat out of HFIL in that direction. She is, of course, easy to spot when he's in the area, and he smiles to himself. Bulma's always been a look-at-me person, a stand-out in a crowd.
He lands behind her, about half a meter away, and makes sure his impact is loud without actually cracking the pavement. He shifts a bit, trying to hide the shoulder that no longer connects to an arm, before speaking:]
Krillin's not here, but I am.
no subject
However, when she turns around she realizes that she's never seen the man in front of her before, though something about him is familiar in a very bothersome way. He's handsome, of course, that's one of the first things she tends to note about men, but his appearance is nostalgic. It feels almost like it's someone that she lost previously. (Maybe a few hours earlier?) ...No, that couldn't be, it's not scientifically possible...then again, she was in a bubble city with an outdated piece of technology, perhaps science didn't dictate the rules here.
But still, accusing a man you just met of being your best friend's five year old son inexplicably aged up wouldn't make the best impression.]
...Call me crazy, but you look familiar.
no subject
I won't call you crazy. I--well, you're familiar to me. I can understand why I'm probably not so much to you, though...
[The whole 'grown up' thing is a likely factor...]
You probably think I look like my dad.
no subject
It is Gohan, isn't it?
He really does look like Goku, except...a little more worn down than him. It makes her curious about what happened, but she supposes he can tell her that when he's ready.]
I have an idea like that, yeah...but the kid I'm thinking of is five years old and was just abducted by a green man.
no subject
[Gohan smiles wistfully. As long as Piccolo's been dead...]
My dad-- my dad gave me the Four Star Dragon Ball when I was a kid. I used to wear it on a hat. It was supposed to be a reminder of his grandfather.
Does that help at all?

Do you require assistance?

...Not so much when she sees the HOLE, though, oh god who would abuse such beautiful tech???]
Geeeeeez, forget me, what about you? Do you need some maintenance done? I know I don't look like much at the moment, but I am a scientist.

We are within functioning parameters. No vital systems have been compromised.

We are geth.

all the tl;dr, it is yours
He knows that ki signature.
Trunks takes a moment to rush out an apology to Aya for leaving the shop so suddenly--mostly on his way out the door, so it really could be more effective--but that's his mother's energy. He really doesn't care.
He takes flight the second his feet cross the threshold, aimed right at the plaza, and he doesn't slow down until he catches sight of Bulma's bright blue hair.
Time travel has made him a bit more reserved in his greeting--which is good, because the first thing he notices is the lack of worry and almost-tiredness that seemed to hang around Bulma like a fog in the future. She was younger. Younger, even, than the version of her that he'd encountered in the past.
Dammit all to HFIL not again. He pulls his SFC out of a pocket of his Capsule Corp jacket to see if she sent out a message already to confirm--oh yes. Directed at Krillin, a man who had been dead for 17 or so years? Good indication that this wasn't a version of Bulma that would know him on sight.
...it was a disappointment, really. He was so close to his mother in the future, and she was probably the one person he missed the most.
He takes a towel from one of the greeters with a quiet 'thanks,' and approaches himself, offering it.]
It'll at least help until you can get dry clothes.
oh my gosh so much tl;dr for breakfast
But then there was something about his eyes, too...she pushes that aside and takes the towel from him with a "thank you" and a sigh.]
Where did you get that jacket? Do you work for us, kid?
it's the breakfast of champions.
Ah, no. My mother does.
[Yay for telling the truth in such a way that it might hopefully not trip too many alarms?]
I'm Trunks.

[She's still not certain if she was referring to the logo or the boy himself. This was going to bother her for a while.]
Do you have any idea where we are?
no subject
It's a city called Vatheon. We're in a different world entirely, and people from different worlds and times are all brought here.

Like that blue-haired hunny over there, for instance.
Zelos saunters over, calm as you please, right as Bulma's shooing away a particularly "helpul" native. He chuckles lightly, picking up a towel the guy had dropped in his haste to escape.]
Sorry about that! The locals can be a little overzealous when it comes to wanting to help out.
no subject
That's okay, I'm used to being harassed by overzealous people.
[And psychos and murderers and killer aliens and--]
It was nice of you to come along, though, handsome~
no subject
[He winks, grinning an incorrigible grin and actually bows to her with an added flourish of the towel he's still holding.]
The Great Zelos Wilder, at your service~ And who might I have the pleasure of serving?
[He quirks an eyebrow, grin still in place as he waits for her answer.]
no subject
[He's a funny man, it almost makes falling into the ocean wonderland of horror worth it. Almost.]
Have you seen a short, bald man around here?
no subject
[Zelos produces a pamphlet from his pocket and hands it to Bulma. The information is a little out of date (maybe if he gets bored enough some night he'll fix it up) but it's still much easier than explaining everything all at once.]
Here you go, read this.
