Amidst the relocation of residents to the bubble is a sight which... probably isn't that strange, by Vatheon standards: that of a demon hauling a coffin through the streets. He doesn't seem to be having any difficulty carrying it, because he isn't, but he is awfully annoyed about having to.

Unlike most everyone else, whose places are just a little waterlogged, his entire building was deemed unfit for use. Maybe it was the water damage, or maybe it was the growing rat problem. Either way, he has to find someplace else.

"Maybe I should've just stayed on the damn island..."

Bloom had chosen to help the residents out from time to time, using her positive attitude to help encourage them to do their best, while at the same time she helped from painting to even sweeping away bits of water.

But this time, Bloom was just wondering around, keeping an eye out for anyone that might need help. So when she spotted someone hauling what appeared to be a coffin.

Seeing that she paused, looking over. It was rather odd for her and given the fact that she was use to odd things it was a surprise. but never the less she made her way over. "Excuse me, are you okay? Do you need help carrying that?"

From the earnest way she offered assistance and possibly the outfit, it was clear enough that this woman was an optimist. The only question was the degree of optimism he was dealing with, and Laharl regarded her warily.

"Does it look like I need help?"

She looks from him to the coffin he was carrying. She figured she had might as well asked and now he posed another question in reply to her own.

"You kind of look like you do. I mean one person can't carry a coffin without help"

"Maybe a human couldn't, but I'm not anywhere near that weak."

The coffin might have been bigger than him, but from his perspective it wasn't like it was heavy. Just a little awkwardly shaped.

"I'm taking a guess you aren't exactly human." Bloom said as she didn't look overly surprise. Given the odd things that happen and the fact she is a fairy kind of helps make sense of the unnatural.

"Are you blind and deaf? I just said I wasn't." Great, he was dealing with an airhead, too. Hefting the coffin, he turned to continue on his way. Maybe if he ignored her, she would go away.

She had to at least make certain, but it wasn't like she was going away anytime soon. "You know I can help you." She said still following, she just wanted to help, but if he said no again, she'll understand fully.

Laharl didn't bother looking in her direction, but completely ignoring a person who was talking to him was not his forte. He liked to have the last word.

"I can carry this by myself, so unless you're offering some other kind of help, beat it."

She crossed her arms. The way they were speaking was not something she would let slide usually.

"Fine, I'll go, but you need to learn some kind of manners."

"I really don't." After all, his lack of manners seemed to be what was making her leave, which was exactly what he wanted.
