Who: Danny and Maddie
Where: An isolated corner of the plaza
When: Late last night

This sucked.

Danny restlessly attempts to find a more comfortable position inside his cramped prison. Sure, the thermos didn't actually hurt him. But it was a really, really small space to have to spend any time in. He'd tried to get out, of course. Tried shaking it and shouting for help. But who would be able to hear him? Or even be out at this time of a night to notice a single thermos on the ground?

...He was never going to live this down.

Call it anxiety of getting used to the place but there was one blue ranger walking around the city. Yeah, Madison felt comfortable walking around without the fear of getting jumped. But what struck her odd was the strange thermos just lying in the darkest area of the plaza.

"...what the-?"

Blinded as he as inside the thermos, Danny has no way of knowing that now would be a really good time to be trying to get attention. Instead he continues sulking.

She should know better about picking odd things off the ground: never know if they would blow up in your face or not. But the drink carrier didn't look so bad...

And Maddie decides to pick it up.

"Strange thing to be out here. I wonder if someone lost it..."

And Danny can feel the movement. He starts pounding as best he can on the inside of the thermos.

"Whoa!"

There was a light shake from the thermos and she nearly drops it.

"Something's inside it? Where's the switch for this then?

"Hello! Can anyone hear me!"

Danny shouts at the top of his voice, knowing that most of it would be muffled by the device.

No, she can barely hear you, Danny. But she hears something...but instead of tossing the weird piece of gadgetry in the garabge, Madison decides to head back to her place.

"Maybe I can find something to open this thing with..."

Danny cringes at the idea. He did not want to find out what would happen if someone broke the thermos while he was inside.

"Wait! Bad idea! Very bad idea!"

She still couldn't understand whatever was in there and was already half way back.

"Hmm, I wonder if Charley knows how to open it..."

...Could Danny just repeat again how much this entire situation sucked? He makes one last try and getting the person's attention by slamming himself into the side of the thermos.

As much force as the ghost kid was using, it was only a slight push but enough to make the ranger notice.

"Calm down already! I don't know how to open this thing so you'll have to wait and be patient!"
