Third Egg: Fetching the pieces

[The Doctor had been quiet for quite some time thanks to that curse. He thoughts of conquering the city would have been revealed, so he had to lay low. So in the mean time, he figured he might as well fix up the Eggmobile and create different attachments for it. So far, he had brought back an old favorite of his, the Egg Walker. As a matter of fact, he's using the machine now. After marching it all the way to the plaza, he hops out of the machine and grins from ear to ear.]

There, perfect! Just like she was before that little incident. I'm a genius, if I do say so myself.

[So anyone in the plaza will have be greeted by the good doctor looking over his craftsmanship and giving himself a few pats on the back. Feel free to nag him.]

Denzel heard the ground shaking, which causes to flip out from the table from which he had found himself sleeping at. Walking down following the thumping vibrations, "The heck is that? Earthquake?!" Taking cover underneath a desk till that stops, he races outside of the house to see if any damage has been done and spots the machine but doesn't spot Eggman just yet, pressing his glasses on firmly, "Who do you belong too?"

Eggman was busy admiring his own work from behind the machine, so he barely noticed the other man. However, after a bit Crocker's voice finally registered in the Doctor's mind. "Eh? Oh, Crocker! Just the man I wanted to see." the scientist walks over to his ally and gestures to his mech. "A real work of art, wouldn't you agree?"

Denzel flips out again, "OW!" Pause, "Oh? Is that why you where stomping around out here?" Short pause as the crackpot breathes in the machine for a moment, "I'd have to say that's a masterpiece. Did that come here unharmed?"

"Yes, that's exactly why." a pause. Eggman looks over the machine a final time, before turning his attention back to Crocker. "No, actually. I had to rebuild my Eggmobile. I added a few new features and attachments while I was stuck in my base after the curse."

[ Kaito is there because he's looking into a relatively small case involving a domestic dispute one of the locals has brought to his attention. He's pretty much figured everything out and is more or less taking a break from reporting his findings about the pointless case to his client. ]

[ He's leaning up against a building and watches with only mild interest. His contraption looks like a something poorly put together by some cartoon villain. ]

[Sarcasm. Something Eggman was quite familiar with when dealing with someone like Sonic. Regardless, this was someone he never met before, so it was better to keep up that good-guy facade.]

What's so 'genius' about it? It looks like it'd fall apart if I took a screwdriver to one of the screws.

Kinda. I'm wondering what scale of formula could actually power it, though. Mana-based formulas aren't usually too good at maintaining a sustainable charge, and you'd need a blastia core about the size of that seat to power such a heavy machine if you used a blastia-based formula.

[Eggman frowns, at the man's poor taste of language and possible common sense. Anyone who was even remotely familiar with science fiction would know this was a mech. Only difference was this was real.]

A battle mech. Seems that not many people are familiar with machinery in this bubble.

Nasuti was out running errands for another attempt at making dinner (hopefully with fewer injuries, this time) when she came across the bizarre mode of transport. She stops and stares at it silently for a few moments. Was there really such a need for a device this massive in such a finite space?

It looked a bit awkward...hardly dangerous...

Eggman has been looking over the machine. He frankly didn't understand why some would think it large, barely over eight feet. And considering this man built mechs ten times this size, he knew what he was talking about. However, he was pulled from his thoughts by yet another voice. He glanced over his shoulder, pausing for a bit to recall what she had said.

"Eh? Construction? Hardly. This mech is designed for defense purposes should anything try to attack the city."
