Who: Harry and Open!
Where: The Plaza
When: Afternoon
Style: Either
Status: Open!
[ After finding his wand and having a bit of a look around, Harry decides it's probably best for him to find his way to the next room. Not that there was much to go on, and...well, he hadn't expected something like this, so he didn't really know what to do. The only thing he could think, was this was one of the rooms protecting the philosopher's stone. The problem was that Hermione and Ron were nowhere to be found. That, and it didn't really look like a room. It was more a city in an undersea bubble. Which didn't really seem like something that would be...inside Hogwarts. Would it even fit?
Then again, he was still new to magic. For all he knew, this kind of thing was more than plausible. So all he could really focus on was finding a way out of what he assumes is a test, and on to the next room. First things first, though: Finding his friends. They couldn't have gone far...right? ]
Ron? Hermione--?
[ No luck. They weren't in the Plaza, anyway, and...well, he didn't even know where to begin looking for them. They didn't have much time, either. Not if they wanted to stop Snape from getting his grubby hands on the stone. He frowns, moving through the crowd while wringing out his clothes as best he could.
He was cold, sopping wet, and looked worse for wear, but he didn't have time to worry about any of that. Right now he had to look for clues to a way out, and for his friends. He would worry about the water later. (Besides, Hermione probably knew a spell or two that would dry him off.) He pauses a moment to look around.
Maybe...he should ask one of the people nearby about this place? Assuming they weren't illusions or something. ]
Er---Excuse me? Could you tell me what this place is?

... Called Vatheon.
no subject
Vatheon? I can't say I've heard of it...[ A pause. Man, he does not know what to think of this. ] Does this mean you know the way to the next room, then?
no subject
... next.. room. [ Absently looking up. Nope. This really doesn't look like a room. ]
... Uncertain as to what you mean - this is not a room.

I can tell you; it's called Vatheon. Right now, we should find something to dry you off with before you get sick.

[ He is eleven and will pretend he knows what he's doing. Even though he has no idea what's going on. B-but...this has to be connected to Hogwarts somehow, right?
...right? ]

That was how he'd picked up on the scent that was like-James-but-not off in the direction of the plaza; it was muted, but water did that to scents.
As soon as he laid eyes on Harry his tail started wagging and he almost darted forward to bathe him in dog-kisses when he noticed something different about him. He was younger. Much younger than he'd been last time he'd been here.
Suddenly, greeting him as a dog didn't seem like the best idea; what if Harry didn't know him? Or, worse, thought Sirius was responsible for James and Lily's deaths?
Shifting back, Sirius made his way up to the boy, a little afraid as to what his reaction might be.]
Harry?
no subject
It takes him a moment to respond, as he's busy trying to place Sirius' face. Was he one of the older students at Hogwarts? ]
Er--Hullo.

Geez--here, take this. You're in Vatheon and...I'm afraid you're going to be here for a while.

[ Harry will stare at the towel a moment before taking it. ]
And sorry, but I can't really stay here for very long. I've got something important to do.

This place is called Vatheon. We're all trapped here.

Trapped? So there isn't a way out? [ oooooh boy... ]

She turns to find a young human behind her, looking a little bit lost and very very drenched.]
Hi hi! Did you just get here? This is Vatheon - oh my paws, you got soaked furry badly when you arrived, didn't you? Do you want a towel?
no subject
Instead he nods, looking around once more before answering the rest of her questions. ]
Well, a towel would be nice, but I don't really have time to dry off right now. [ He feels kind of silly saying this. Because really, it's not like he knows where he's supposed to go right now. For all he knows, the towels could be magic or something. ]

But when he called out for Ron, he turned and stared again. That's when he saw the eyes. Lily's eyes. And he just wanted to hug the boy!
But he was dead. Dead to the world and dead to Harry. So he walked up to him and grinned when he saw the wand. At least he knew about the wizarding world.]
... [A little more staring before he could finally make out a word.] ...Harry?
no subject
So when he finds himself looking up at him, this person who knew his name and looked very, very familiar, Harry stares a moment before noticing the similarity between James and the image of his father he'd seen in the Mirror. He tries not to get his hopes up, so he finds himself trying to deny the similarities. Because it...couldn't be possible, could it? It just couldn't be.
He seems to struggle with this a moment before answering, his gaze drifting to the ground as though his shoes were the most interesting thing in the world. ]
...Yes?

[Not the most familiar with the city or best with kids, but knowing it would be worse to not try and help him. So Tear, stiffly, approaches him with what she hopes looks like an inviting smile.]
Are you..did you just arrive here, little boy?
no subject
That's right. Though I'm not really sure where here is.

Leaning down slightly so they are on the same eye level, Fuuka gives him a small but reassuring smile.*
Sure. It's more or less my job here. This place is called Vatheon, it's an underwater city.
no subject
Well, I can see the underwater bit, but...there is a way out, isn't there?

[John shrugged. How to deal with Harry...hm.]
It's hard to adapt to if you've ever lived in primarily colder climates.
no subject
[ He pauses a moment. ]
Is it usually much warmer here, then?
no subject
[ Besides, lurking around gave him the perfect opportunity to do a bit of people watching without the annoyance of latex or holding up the facade of being an overly dramatic and formal detective. Most of the time people left him alone while he was lurking about in a black hoodie and black cap-so he's a little surprised when a little kid-not the one he's on the look out for- approaches him with a question. ]
This? This is Vatheon. An underwater fish bowl- [ He pauses, looking the kid over and frowning. ] You'll catch a cold you know. [ Quick as a flash Kaito has pulled something silky white out of-nowhere? And offers it to the kid. ]
I'll need that back when you're nice and toasty.

Welcome to Vatheon. Life kinda sucks here.
