What: John thinking about different things that have happened to him thus far.

[Anyone wandering around the Coral Corral neighborhood? Do you happen to be Jade or Dave that lives with him? Then you're going to find John sitting out by the sidewalk, playing with his orb of light. There is a breeze coming from it- the thoughts projected are in random spurts.

Right now it displays an image of Dad, with a cake (curse that batterwitch..)! John just smiles, he hasn't seen Dad since the house was uprooted. Now he see's Dave, Jade, and Rose. John is laughing- because it's each one of them at what John thought would be their respective homes.

Lastly. John sees himself on the quest bed, and bubble of light blows air at John's face. He can't remember or think of anything that happened well after this.

His bubble allows his thoughts to be projected to whomever is around.

Any crossing his path now will see '. . .Why couldn't I have been here earlier? Why didn't you stay?' . It's meaning is undetermined.]

I apologize for not introducing myself earlier. This recent escalation of curses has kept me quite busy.

[But he's never seen Kenshin in his life, and wow he's never met a war god, and oh my goodness this war god is complimenting him! He's really so amazed right now and he doesn't know what to say to describe the feelings.]

No, it's completely okay! I haven't been here for very long anyways. [Just..a different him!]

I came in just as everyone was getting sick, and now we're running around with all of our thoughts on dispay- and wow it's kind of embarrassing.

[ Despite his reputation, Kenshin's rather personable (until crossing him in battle). He offers a soft smile. ]

This place has a rather bad habit of embarrassing and harassing its residents, particularly at the most inopportune moments. It is an unfortunate side effect of residing here, yet fortunately, the effects are not permanent.

I mean, this may not be an bad time to be embarrassed. But, really, who wants to be embarrassed at all? It's just not a good feeling.

[Coming from John who was bullied as a child. The image on the bubble shows John- smaller. He's being shoved around, yelled at. You know things bullies do.

Heh, if only those bullies could see him now!]

[ Bullying is a bit foreign to Kenshin. Oppression, however, is another story. The two actually aren't that far off, though the latter tends to involve warlords trying to take over the country (in his time, at least). His mind flashes to Oda Nobunaga for a moment, but the thought disappears. ]

Perhaps, though currently the land is calm. No invasions, no aggressive threats such as ghosts or oversize lizards. While embarrassment is hardly comfortable, now is perhaps a better time to be so than when fending off an invasion.

Oversized lizards? You mean like Dinosuars? [Did John miss this curse, why couldn't he see the Dinosaurs?! No fair Vatheon, no fair!]

The land is calmer than I expected it to be really. I was expecting to be dumped in another place full of troubles and worries. But, you know how that goes.

[John, Vatheon gods may hear you. This place doesn't need another curse!]

[ Kenshin nods. ] Indeed. They roamed the land for a week before disappearing. [ It was an odd week indeed. ]

The land has been relatively calm, the curses not as destructive. However, I doubt this peace will last.

Do things always happen in week long periods? Just out of my curiosity.

[This peace was wonderful. The thought bubbles were the least of his worries while he was in this setting anyhow.]
