[Otoha stands on the top of one of the tall buildings in the middle district, looking out over the city, black trenchcoat flapping out behind him. He can't help but miss his city, the one he's tied to, but there's work to do here, too.]

[Adjusting his sword, he leaps onto another building, and then another, making his way to the ground level. Once there, he starts running through the streets, eyes alert and watching for any sort of criminal or dangerous activity.]

[Every so often, he jumps back up to the rooftops, making sure that there's no one there, either.]

[So if your character's out tonight, they'll probably catch a glimpse of something dark racing past them. If they're sharp, they might even see that it's man-shaped. And if they can detect spiritual activity… they'll find that there's a sealed beacon of power jumping from place to place.]

You talked to a cat recently, didn't you? Who was it?

[He frowns in confusion.]

Well, Yurine takes the form of a cat... but I haven't seen her since I came here...

[He sounds a little sad. :( ]

Oh...Well, you just smelled kind of like a cat and I wanted to find out why! [Yip!]

[bakegarasu]

[... He ruffles the fur on top of Missile's head.]

That's okay.

[Such a nice doggie... ;; Not like the doggies he used to be around.]

[welcomedog]

[dfgkdfg furruffle! Yip! Missile noses at Otoha's hand for that.]

Okay then! Hey, what are you doing outside, Otoha? Did you get bored too?

A little... but mostly I'm patrolling around, making sure there's no trouble.

[welcomedog]

Ohhh. [Missile nods solemnly...well, as solemnly as he can.] I understand!

[bakegarasu]

Do you want to tag along for a little while?

[It'll slow him down... but he can't say no to that face.]

[welcomedog]

OF COURSE! I want to make sure Miss Lynne and Yomiel and Sissel are all okay!

[YIP!]

[bakegarasu]

All right, then.

[He stands up, and turns to face down the street.]

Let's go, then.

[welcomedog]

Yes!

[Yip yip yip! Missile is going to start bouncing courageously towards destiny and/or battle!]

[... Oh Missile. He follows along behind the bouncing pup, more or less silently. You're going to scare all the criminals away.]
