So... How does this work anyway?

Well... there's different parts of an animal that taste and cook a little differently. Chicken is the easiest 'cause really it's pretty basic with birds. There's light meat and dark meat, or if you wanna get really specific, legs, breasts, wings. You CAN use other parts but that's usually reserved for like... super high end restaurants or local foods.

So... Does that mean people use other parts of the chicken in fancy restaurants. [Not an image one wants.] I guess people there really don't want to waste food.

Yeah well... chicken gizzards are a thing. And necks. And some local foods can get a bit on the weird side with more than just chicken parts.

But uh. We're gonna try to stick to basics here.
