Tuesday Morning - Set up

[Rin was certainly nervous about this. First week, first impressions and all that. But he's trying not to show it, and busying himself with prepping the Villa kitchen for the first week of lessons.

This would be a good time to bother him.]

[Akashi has been literally interested in the Villa itself, and since today it seems to have some kind of 'activity' around it. So he decided to take a look himself.

and right after he entered the villa, he was quite shocked finding himself looking to a guy who much likely be around the same age as himself preparing something that was rather, well, expected. And with that, he decided to be a polite one and say hello.]

Tuesday Afternoon - Cooking Principles and Knife skills

[Rin waits for people to gather in the kitchen, dressed in a proper white chef's jacket and black slacks. Once everyone has settled, he clears his throat (with a note of nervousness to it) and starts.]

Uhm. Right! So, thanks everyone for showin' up. I'unno if I introduced myself before but I'm Rin Okumura. Don't... worry 'bout callin' me anythin' special, just Rin is fine with me.

So this is the first day of my cookin' class. Today we're gonna start with some kitchen basics - like uhm...

If anyone's got any questions before we start, I'll try to answer what I can without gettin' to ahead of myself. Anythin' else can wait until our first break at two thirty.

Wednesday Afternoon - Food Safety!

Welcome back everyone! Today is gonna be food safety. You might wanna take notes on this stuff, 'cause it's gonna be a lotta numbers and details that might be easy to forget.

Thursday afternoon - stocks and sauces

Alright, some actual cooking today! We're gonna look at some stocks and sauces. Everyone ready to get started?

[Hurrah finally something practical. As Minako nodded, she was ready and set to do this. She can do this without burning the damn thing. Time will tell.]

Friday Afternoon - cuts of meat!

Wow, end of the week already. That went by fast, didn't it?

Anyway, it's gonna be kind of a short day. We're gonna go over cuts of meat, and what works for what kind of meal and how you wanna cook it.

I'll figure out by tomorrow if I'm gonna continue these classes in to next week, but I'll let everyone know by then.

And uh... y'know, thanks for givin' me the chance to do this.

[By the time Friday had come around, Minako looked pretty ready to drift off and imagine a situation where she could actually cook. It was a good day dream. It takes a moment before she snaps out of it. Probably a good idea to at least try and pay attention this day as well.]

I thought it went slower. I'm sure at least one person will agree with me. But, never the less I think you've been a good teacher. Better than the ones I knew back home.
