Who you gonna call? Beast Masters!

[It was as fast as lightning and it sounded like thunder rumbling all over the city! Something terrible has befallen all of the pots in Vatheon. That's right, something has smashed all of the pots under the sea. And that something was making KWEEEH and WARK sounds.

The chocobos have escaped and have left both a mess and a crestfallen janitor in their wake. The poor guy doesn't know what to do and the chocobos aren't making his job any easier. They are very energetic and tricky for a person to do alone. He needs anyone and everyone, especially Beast Masters, to lend a helping hand.

Team up in twos or threes to try to herd the birds back and be careful of their droppings!

If you prefer to watch and cheer on those hard working helpers, you might be able to snag some forgotten starfish tokens the stampede uncovered when they broke those pots.]

_{[Kimblee isn't sure what possessed him to take the quest--maybe it was to get out of the house for awhile, maybe it was to kill some time, or maybe it was so he could have some quality time of his own with the lion he had been partnered with for the curse. Who knows, it could have been all of the above! No matter the reason, Kimblee was having a harder time than he expected rounding up more than one at a time. A lion could only do so much alone after all.]}

[Roxas has to raise his voice to be heard over the warking, and he's jostled by more than a few birds as he makes his way over to join Kimblee. His Samurai companion doesn't seem to be having the same difficulty; it may have lost its usual abilities, but it still moves like it doesn't have any bones. It twists in to head off that bird on the left.]

[Not a Beast tamer or but is a Warrior with a shield and experience with chocobos.

Faris had helped himself to some of the greens from the garden in the park and was waving it around to try to lure a couple of them over. It probably would have worked if there wasn't a number of readily available flower beds for it to eat from. Dropping the leafy greens and using his shield to push them in a certain direction.

Oh hey! Beast masters. The janitor was oddly pushy about getting some of them. Faris used shield throw to get the pair to join up with the group that the pair were herding.]

Roxas, what is that. This is Kimblee actually pausing mid command to stare at the lesser Nobody for a few seconds before he looks over at Roxas, then back to the Nobody. Back to Roxas. Roxas, Nobody, Roxas, Nobody, Roxas--Oh! And there's a second person arriving on the scene!

...WELL, THAT SURE IS SOME... different hair. Orion on the other hand seems much more interested in the Samurai. Hopefully it doesn't mind a five-hundred pound cat bounding up after herding his target chocobo into the group forming to check it out!]}

[Because it doesn't take much to notice that utter confusion on Kimblee's face. He's just not sure how much an explanation that's going to be...

Hi, Faris. Um... Do you know Kimblee? [Does he need to introduction?

Meanwhile the Samurai seems perfectly at ease with the giant cat. Go ahead and sniff what... passes for its face, kitty. And Kimblee isn't the only one, a few of the chocobos seem to be having a similar WTF reaction which, while it isn't exactly calming them down, does seem to be stunning them into stopping.]

Help!

[The plaintive cry of the poor Hylian can be heard across the plaza, covered in all matter of pleased chocobo noises. You see, he'd had the bright idea to bring a sack of greens - the ones he'd noticed his black chocobo mount had liked during the races - in order to coax the birds back towards the stables.

It hadn't exactly gone as planned.

Sola is now over his head in multicolored feathers just trying not to get eaten.

Help him out?]

[ Duke sighs, and directing Lumen up, tries to wade in and move chocobos away from the voice. If he can get space clear, the crystal spirit can dive down and try to pull whoever it is out. ]

Stay put, cover your face.

[ From beaks and claws, obviously. Duke is finding that the end of his braid is getting interested tugs, but he grumbles at the birds and keeps moving. ]

[You don't have to tell Sola twice! Once the birds have been cleared off, Sola can be seen crouched on the ground with his arms over his head. Any exposed cloth has little rips and tears and his armor is scuffed. Once he's sure no more beaks are forthcoming, he tentatively looks up at Duke, a few scratches on his face.]

[ Duke extends a hand one way, then remembers he can't heal, and just offers it to pull Sola to his feet.

The crystal is going to bob about them and make clinking noises at any chocobos that think Sola still has food. ]

[The Hylian locks his hand in Duke's and soon he's standing again. He dusts himself off and adjusts his armor before looking up at Duke.]

I thought they were going to eat me!

[He sounds like he thinks this is funny.]

Likely in attempt to find where you keep treats.

[ Creatures are silly that way- ]

They ate them all though.

[They even ate some of the sack. Holes everywhere!]

Clearly they did not think so.

[ ... Don't mind him reaching over to casually shove Lumen away as the crystal spirit bobs closer to anything dangling on that outfit of Sola's. ]

I guess not!

[Hehe...]

So hey, what's this crystal thing? Is it alive? I've never seen an animal that looks like this before.
