006. Bad decisions
Who: Ronald, the residents of the Villa and anyone who could chance upon him that evening
When: 3/10 - late evening? Around 10-11?
Where: The villa - under someone's window.
Style: Whatever works~
Status: Open!
[ Picture it, Vatheon. You're settling down from bed, maybe. Perhaps you've just come back home from a long day of questing. At any rate, everything seems quiet. The rumble of the ocean seems like something to fall asleep to, right? Maybe so.
And suddenly, piercing the night, you would hear this suddenly playing near the Villa. If one were to look, one would catch sight of a rather eager bard playing his little heart out right outside the window of a certain someone at the Villa.
Fat lot that's going to do him, really, but Grell and that anonymous text from a few days ago did wonders with giving him a little hope. But at any rate, what do, Vatheon? Roll over and let the music lull you to sleep? Throw a boot?
At least it isn't bad playing, right? ]

[ Says the reaper from 1890. ]

[She's just teasing, Ron, okay.]

Couple of centuries, really, if you say it's 2013, right?
[ Thinking, scratching his head with the tip of the bow. ]
Was prolly about 18... 1890 last I read the paper.

[Yeah that sounds right.
Oh was she supposed to be more shocked by that, she shrugs.]
It's okay, dude, I know people that can actually bend time to their will, people from the 19th century or even before that being here isn't surprising.
I mean, I do not really like them playing violin in the middle of the night at my house, but that's unrelated to them as people.

[ Pause and blink. Nah, not trying to impress, miss. Just stating it as it is. There's staring though. ]
Blimey, s'that right? Not even our lot can manage that sort of thing.

[Okay, not weird but...something that reminds her of death and nostalgia all at the same time.]

I'm a reaper, mind you. One of the grim reapers from London's Dispatch Department.
[ Small look of indignity. ]
And we don't smell weird.

[But this one actually acts like he knows how to interact with people
besides naively taking stupid suggestions]No, you definitely smell weird, I do not think I have ever smelled anything that reminds me of nostalgic things and death at the same time.
[Smelling power of a dog y'know]

[ Tilting his head though. ]
Hey, what d'you mean by nostalgic? But yeah, yeah, we're reapers. Kind of like Kid but I suppose it's a bit different from his sort. Same concept though.

[What does she mean? The scent makes her feel sad but happy at the same time, that's why she calls it "nostalgic" so...]
I lost my grandpa when I was really young. There is something about your scent that is reminding me of him, but I would suppose that has something to do with you being a death entity.
[Or maybe they use the same cologne, who knows.]

M'sorry to hear about that, Miss Harley. Y'know.. I never really thought about it that way, that our kind would have that sort of effect.
Bit curious to me, really.

[ Small smile. ]
Should prolly take my leave now then... fancy I won't have much luck here tonight. Or any other night.

Oh, and...if I were you, I would not be so aggressive in romancing. Modern people don't really respond to that these days, they generally like establishing friendships and things in common first.

[ Have a laugh for that and a sigh. ]
Yeah, yeah alright. I'll haul arse and get myself out of here.
