Where: Around the city near the bubble.

Burgh tried to dry his hair off as he emerged fresh from the watery world just above. He'd never been through a bubble before and looked around as he used his scarf to dry his face off. The whole of him was soaking wet and hoped he'd dry off soon. He had no other clothes so getting dry was something he wanted to do. Where was he? He'd always preferred the woodland to the sea but this place was beautiful in its own right. Such inspiration could be had here.

Looking around, he didn't see anyone he recognised. Perhaps asking for directions would be a good idea.

The end of the month meant that it was time for new arrivals to start appearing, so on his way to work, Cielo keeps an eye out for people he's never seen before. It's quite easy to pick out the newbies: they're the ones who had the bewildered expressions on their faces and being soaking wet was a dead giveaway.

And there's one right there!

Grabbing a towel off a conveniently placed stand manned by a smiling local, he holds it out to Burgh.

"Welcome to Vatheon, ja?"

Burgh took the towel and gave the man a smile. "Thank you. Yes, I am new to Vatheon." He used the towel to dry off his hair as he tried to dry himself off. "I'm Burgh. What's your name?"

"I'm Cielo." No last name, he doesn't have one. He rummaged through one of the item packs at his side to fish out a brochure. He always carried one of these things during the new arrival period. Let it not be said that he was not a well supplied man. "This thing, it'll tell you some stuff about this place."

"Nice to meet you, Cielo." He nodded then took the brochure. "Thank you. I am sure this will prove most useful."

"You ever need any help, you can ask me," he said. And he means that, of course. It was time for Cielo to indulge in a little bit of curiosity. "What kind of place do you come from?"

"Why, thank you for the offer. So kind, Cielo." Burgh nodded. "I am from a region known as Unova. It is a vast landmass surrounded by water and inhabited by people and creatures called Pokemon."

Pokemon...oh! He's heard of those before! "There's some other people who have Pokemon here," he said. "Maybe you should meet them."

"You have? Oh, I see. You must have met one or possibly a trainer carrying one. Who or what was it you saw?" He was curious.
