Where: Around the city near the bubble.

Burgh tried to dry his hair off as he emerged fresh from the watery world just above. He'd never been through a bubble before and looked around as he used his scarf to dry his face off. The whole of him was soaking wet and hoped he'd dry off soon. He had no other clothes so getting dry was something he wanted to do. Where was he? He'd always preferred the woodland to the sea but this place was beautiful in its own right. Such inspiration could be had here.
Looking around, he didn't see anyone he recognised. Perhaps asking for directions would be a good idea.
