Let's play ball
Who: Hayner and anyone
Where: The Plaza
When: Wednesday morning or afternoon (you pick)
Status: Open
Style: Pick and I will follow
[The Island’s weather getting cooler and the rain going on and off up put a damper in Hayner’s plans. He had been thinking of filling the light house up with these plastic balls to give a certain Gargoyle something interesting to wake up to, but he wasn't sure how it’ll be up there. And he didn't want to risk dragging in mud to where his acquaintance slept.
Instead he decided to opt to sticking to the comfortable and rain free city under the sea.
[If you arrive in the plaza early in the morning, you’ll find a bunch of packs of balls hanging around by the different fountains of the plaza. The culprit was busy opening up all the bags and dumping all the bright colored balls in to the water.
Bust him, scare him, or join in on the fun? The choice is pretty much yours.]
[When lunch time rolls around, all of the fountains have been filled with the plastic balls.
Bet this would be ten times more appealing if some sort of animal curse hit everyone inside of the bubble.
The perpetrator was kicking back on a bench and enjoying a drink from one of the cafes. He was hit lightly with the curse and had rounded ears and a big fluffy tail much like a chowchow dog would. ]

Afternoon
What are these things. Better bat at one to find out.]

Guessing this was another on that list of things you haven't seen, huh?

Yeah. You did this?
[He playfully bats one of the balls at Hayner.]

Whether it's her temporary cat-like nature or what, Rinoa's new ears perk up when she sees all the balls in the fountain. B-Balls... Must. Play. With. Them.
Not even seeing Hayner there, for now, she leaps into the fountain, spraying balls everywhere and she targets one in particular and begins playing with it.]

[They definitely need to go hang out more if she will admit she wants company or is still afraid.
He’ll put down his drink as he watched her leap in to the balls. He’ll hop up to his feet, but he won’t sneak up on her. It was tempting to though especially as she was so distracted. The laughing might have already given him away though.]
I didn’t know you liked balls, Rinoa. [He meant it innocently.]

She's tossing a couple around when she hears Hayner approach. Nice thing about cat ears, they pick up so much more than human ears.]
I think it's a side effect of being part cat. Although this seems like fun in general.

[The curse did not effect her the same as it seemed to for a lot of the visitors. She was still quite humanoid, but had numerous animal-like features. Curiously, hers did not seem to all belong to the same animal. Her eyes became that of a predatory bird, mostly black and featureless. Her teeth, already sharp and pointy like most of her species, had elongated even further becoming those of a wolf. Disciple's ears had lengthened a little, and had sprouted a thin black fur, becoming feline. Hints of scales played on her cheeks and the area near her eyes. Finally, her claws had lengthened and broadened becoming quite bear-like. Not exactly something you would want to see in a dark alley.]
[She arrived at the plaza to see someone she recalled meeting before dumping small plastic balls into the fountains. Confused and intrigued she walks over to where Hayner was working his magic.]
Hello, might I ask what you are doing?
morning
[Tilting his head, he gives a questioning squeak to the boy. What are you doing, man, Egbat just has to know.]
