THIS IS NOT THE '90S
Who: Subaru, Kamui Fuuma, and ~all of Vatheon!~
Where: The Plaza
When: Today, anytime.
Style: Whichever you prefer!
Status: OPEN LIKE SUBARU'S HEART
[ There is a pair of drenched young men in very monochrome clothing standing in plaza. Seriously, they stick out like sore thumbs with all the color around them. The shorter one is dressed entirely in black, while the taller is wearing a black and white coat--well, it's mostly black and white. There's a little blood on it, particularly obvious on the white parts, but hey, who's going to care about that? A little blood never hurt anyone!
Anyway, they're sticking together--albeit somewhat reluctantly, on the part of the shorter one--and are currently looking pretty perplexed. They could probably use a little help. ]

[ He tells the boy. And as usual, Subaru does his best to be reassuring--though he finds that, oddly enough, Kamui is kind to most. It's something he'd never expected. ]

Um, It might be hard to believe, but Vatheon is a city in another world. It's underwater and protected by some kind of barrier than prevents everyone from leaving. Though... sometimes people do leave... or rather they are send back home.
[he looks at the coral.]
...From what I've heard, it seems that we are brought here by that coral. The locals seems to warship it like a deity and I've heard it has many powers.
[he looks back at them.]
But the coral needs us to power it. We have to touch it once per month... and if we don't we might fall into a coma. In exchange for doing that, almost everything here is for free and we are given a place to stay, too.
