The Wrath of God
Who: Atem, Vatheon
When: Friday afternoon (Wrath/Humility day)
Where: Plaza, towards the Casino
Style: I'll follow
Status: Open
Atem strode through the plaza heading south, pace brisk. Attire long swapped from the linens and royal hues for the familiar black and leather, myriad of belts and bangles jangled against each other as he moved. Everything was irking him--had been, all day. He didn't want to risk snapping at Yuugi; it'd be a small thing, easily mended, but even the idea of snapping at his partner in the first place was irritating.
Not worth it. So he figured going for a walk might help.
It... so far was doing nothing of the sort.
It was probably good that he no longer possessed the powers of the Millennium Puzzle. There was no guarantee that he wouldn't have instigated a penalty game against the first person to set him off. It wouldn't have been for his perception of justice as it had once been, but instead as a vent.

Dueling actually did sound like a lot of fun, too.
"It's fine, Bakura. Jus' tetchy today." Or more than that, going by tone. Luckily, Bakura wasn't the Ring Spirit. That wouldn't have ended well. With an irritable noise, Atem exhaled. "I'll tell Yuugi." Because presumably it would be the three of them in rotation.

"Is there something I can do to help?" Ryou didn't particularly like seeing his friends down, and while he didn't know the pharaoh too entirely well, thanks to his own shadow interfering, he was part of Yuugi and that meant he was an important friend too.

"No." Because whatever the Japanese teen tried, Atem would probably just find fault with it and be set off even further. Which, unfortunately, also wouldn't end well. The tension in his shoulders and his back tightened, and red eyes locked onto Bakura's face before turning elsewhere. He needed to keep moving lest just standing still made him more irritable.

Ideas of what might've gotten him angry did cross his mind. Most of the ideas seemed to center around the past and Kaiba and dueling. Kaiba wasn't here and Atem had returned to the past so those ideas were probably out of the question.
