[ Of course, Shing notices that Beryl's heading somewhere, so... after a few moments of following her he's just casually peering over her shoulder to look at the canvas. ]

What're you working on, Beryl?

[y u p that sure is Pascal, failing to understand the concept of personal space and leaning rather close to get a glimpse of the girl's sketchbook. But hey, at least she doesn't smell as badly as she has recently, if that's any consolation.]

_{[It takes her only a second to hide the drawing, jump from her place and away from the stranger.]}

[You'd think she'd get the picture from such a reaction, but nope. It completely goes over her head.]

[Cue a pose before she steps forward once again.]

A few moments later he pulls himself up, scratching the back of his head as he looks at the canvas.]

When I arrived here, several people had been kidnapped and abducted to this island... Kohaku and I were up here searching for some close friends of hers who'd disappeared around the time I showed up here.

[How silly of she not to have noticed before! Pascal completely understands what it's like when you're working on something and someone starts nagging you in the middle of a project, especially about taking a bath.]
