Disciple double cupcake aggress.
Who: Disciple and Summoner/Karkat
Where: Starting on Network,
When: May 19th, 4 days after return of Signless
Style: Action (Will prose if you prefer)
Status: Closed. (ask us if you want in)
[Alright, She had the cupcakes. Now all she needed was the recipients. She needed to get into contact with Karkat and the Summoner, and set up separate meetings for the two of them. Karkat she had promised a safe place in the woods to meet, summoner she still had to figure out where they were gonna go. Oh well, time to make some calls on the SFC.]
[She would contact Karkat first, Disciple wasn't exactly sure what sort of mood she would be in when she was done with the meeting with the Summoner.]
[She put a video call into Karkat's SFC.]
Hello, Is this Karkat?
---
[Some time later it was time to call Lysunder. She placed the call, hoping he would answer. Disciple had heard what sort of mood he had been in, hopefully the cupcakes could help with that. She calls his SFC, set for video.]
Summoner Lysunder, are you there?

Summoner Lysunder, are you there?

no subject
[Karkat's expression is therefore pretty neutral as he answers.]
Yeah, it's me. Is this about meeting up or is something else up?
no subject
Yes, its about the meetup. Sorry it took so long for me to call. Circumstances have understandably kept me busy as of late. I now have time, and the promised cupcakes.[She laughs slightly] If you have the time right now, we could meet.
no subject
Yeah, no shit. With what happened I was busy looking after things, and then just letting things go back to normal. At least he's back now. How has he been?
If you want to now, though, that's fine. Just tell me where to meet you and I'll head out.
no subject
[She thinks for a second, but doesn't say more.]
I would love to meet now, it would be great. I have looking forward to meeting you in person. As for directions, from the plaza walk directly towards the woods, I'll meet you at the edge. From there, I can take you to the safe little clearing Bugs showed me.
[She starts out from the hive, small picnic basket in tow.]
no subject
[And he sounds a little less eased by that part, but likewise says no more. The religious can have what's theirs, but neither their experiences or their beliefs are shared by him. It's an awkward sort of respect for the Signless and the trauma of death that keeps his mouth shut on what he could say.]
I'm just glad he's back and alright.
I'll head that way, and for now I'm going to turn off my SFC. See you then.
[Click! He captchalogues his device, and after making note to Eridan of where he's going, he heads out on his way. At least the woods are easy to find, and with him already living in the lower district, he doesn't actually have to pass through the Plaza to get there. It doesn't take him long to arrive.]
no subject
Hello. It is nice to meet you in person. Ready to go further in?
[Oh my, he was even more adorable in person. With an effort of will she refrained from immediately running up to him and lifting him into a hug. It would probably only serve to anger him, so she held off... for now.]
no subject
This is actually the first time I've met you in person, too. You were here before last human year - like a quarter of a sweep ago, roughly - but I only ever talked to you in text then.
[He nods to the question.]
Yeah, lead the way.
no subject
I have heard that twice now... That I was here before. How did I seem then? I don't really remember anything about it. Part of the trickery of this place, I suppose.
no subject
More coherent than when we first spoke, but I don't remember much besides. We didn't talk much and it was a good while ago, like I said.
[He ducks under one of the branches she holds for him.]
Don't worry too much about not remembering. When people leave and come back, the longer they've been gone, the less likely they are to remember. And if they don't, in almost all cases they don't remember anything of it.
no subject
[A couple more twists and bends through the forest and they are there. There being a small clearing with a large tree at one end. Surrounding the tree were a series of thick bushes. Stepping up to the bushes she moves one to the side.]
So we are here. I don't think we will go in the den itself, there is barely enough room for me in it. This is the hiding place showed to me by Bugs on that first day I was here. Let's just set up in the clearing here.[Having shown him her den, she allows the bush to fall back into place.]
[She sets down her basket and starts spreading out the cloth and picnic sundries in the opening.]
no subject
[Doesn't he have such a lovely vocabulary? But he keeps on following, minding the branches and such even when the Disciple doesn't hold them for him, and eventually steps past the last bush.]
You really are Nepeta's ancestor, aren't you? I'm sure she's told you by now how she lived in a cave most of her life. I can't even fathom it.
[With the cloth spread, though, he goes to take a seat.]
no subject
[She smiles when she refers to him as Nepeta's Ancestor. The little one was one of the best things to happen to her in this place.]
Yes, as far as I can tell, we share a great deal of similarities. The cave thing is... well its wonderful for not being discovered. It's really not so bad, once you get used to it.
[She finishes setting out the spread. Cupcakes, Lemonade, water. Then there was some various other goods. The man at the store had suggested some things when she mentioned a picnic. So there was also some Potato chips, and various pieces of strange human fruit, including a wedge of Watermelon, which the clerk insisted was 'necessary'.]
no subject
[He speaks as she sets things out, looking over each of the items in turn. Food and drink, all of which looks good.]
Basically, they're the ones who brought us here and have control over when we leave or return. That's what the curses are for: they're experiments being run on us, though I'm not clear on why or what for. They're also the ones who are even responsible for Vatheon, the coral, and the natives.
Also, that's great for you, but I'll still stick to my hive. [He motions.] Can I have some lemonade?

Re: Video;
[She sure is talking a lot smoother then the last time Lysunder saw her.]
Video;
[That's definitely good to hear. He's always imagined Disciple to be very well spoken.]
Video;
It may not be much, but I thought this might be a good way to help thank you for your many kindnesses. Now, its just a matter of deciding where you would want to do this. I know of a couple locations in the woods or forest if you prefer. That is, of course, unless you have a place in the city you would feel more comfortable going.
Video;
I told you already, you don't need to thank me, besides, I uh, I kinda want to just spend time with you, and not just because you are a fine feline~ But yeah, forest is good by me, I am already there, uh, right now, heh. I can meet you somewhere?
Video;
It certainly is a strange sensation from what I remember. All my worries and fears just sort of melted away. I actually met the jadeblood Kanaya for the first time under the effects of those cupcakes. I am apparently just the best at making first impressions in this place. [She laughs.]
But anyways, If you are on the Island, I can meet you up there. I'm in the city right now, So ill have to catch a ride on the elevator.
Video;
Heh, I have yet to really get to know the young mother. She seems like a nice girl though, quite a looker like her ancestor too. [Smile.]
Island? I can definitely head that way. I'll maybe, uh, meet you by the elevator?
Re: Video;
The young mother really reminds me of her ancestor. We met up again recently. That one went ...smoother. [Not really, but she didn't really want to get into her breakdown in front of the jadeblood.]
Where in the forest are you?

Video;
You already see me? Care to reveal yourself to a poor lost Disciple?
