[What was she even doing out here? Wasting time seemed like the most obvious answer but it wasn't very satisfying to her. She was just out here to humor Tavros and that was it. What could he show her about animals that would change her mind?

Vriska didn't outright hurry to meet him outside, but she wasn't very slow in doing it either. When she spotted him near the trees her lips pursed into a frown.]

Well let's get this over with!

-=he stands waiting with his hands shoved in his pockets, rocking back onto his heels as he waited. Tav didn't know if she was actually going to show up, but he hung around for a while anyway just in case. He has no idea why he's doing this, other than it seems worth the effort to try=-

Hey, Vriska.

[Nothing has changed! Nothing at all. At least, she tells herself that. This was just something to pass the time and then laugh about later, preferably in his face. Yes, that exactly.

She huffs.] So what's your big plan, Pupa?

-=it has changed! he has changed. or at least, he'd like to think so=-

I, uh... thought I could show you, how animals can be good and helpful. Even if you can not talk to them, like how I can.

[She just crosses her arms under her chest.] Okay then, well show me.

-=he brightened, actually excited that he might be able to teach her something=-

Okay! Just, uh... follow me and, be quiet. So you don't miss anything.

-=he starts heading into the line of trees=-

The only thing, I think I am going to use my power to do is, uh... make sure the animals know that, we are not going to be threatening or mean, in anyway. That way, they will act like they would usually act if I, uh... was not made of partly robots, and could be silent.

[She makes no comment to his statement, only watching him as he speaks. He looks so happy right now and there's a very small part of her that is a little baffled by this. It's possible she will never really understand Tavros.]

I won't promise not to hurt anything if it tries to come at me!

-=he could probably get any animal to stop before it even gets to her, so there. but he doesn't say it out loud, he just starts poking mentally at nearby animals to get them to stay=-

Shooosh! I did say, that we needed to be, mostly quiet!

-=he leads her out to a small clearing and motions her to sit with him under a tree=-

I- [But she just settles for a huff then and follows him over to the tree. She shoves her hands into the pockets of her jeans and leans against the tree bark as he sits down.

In a quieter voice.] Now what?

Not you just... pay attention!

-=he seems totally content right now=-

Animals can, uh.. tell you all sorts of things, just by doing what they do.
