Who: Conan and anyone
Where: The Plaza
When: Now
Conan leans his skateboard up against a bench in the plaza and climbs up on it to get a better view of the plaza. It had taken much longer than he would have liked to be able to get this time by himself to explore the area inside the bubble. But between the cold that had lingered for weeks and Ran's overprotectiveness of the child she thought him to be, sneaking off by himself had been too difficult for a long time.
But now he had the afternoon to himself and he didn't intend to waste any of it. This was a case after all. Strange as it might be. And there was no mystery that could not be solved if you thought about it enough. It was only a question of gathering the information and putting it all together.

Ratchet was out and about, glad he was dry but wondering why he was still cold most of the time. He hadn't been here that long so far and this city was bigger than he thought. He was in the plaza again, wondering if he pokes the coral some more if it would help warm him up. He passed the boy on the bench and stopped, wondering just what he was doing.
"What are you doing up there?"
