In the Phanga Neighborhood, there is a house. It looks just like all of the other houses. There is nothing out of the ordinary about it at all.

Number 6 of Phanga may look innocent on the outside, but step inside the house and you will find the unexpected. It's... strange. There are mutilated objects laying around everywhere, horse paintings on the walls that have been defaced. You might even spot a picture or two of some clowns. Just... clowns. Being clowny.

Who the fuck actually knows what's going on here.
