Chizuru had sent a message ahead of time to Labrador, and now was making her way to the village on the island. This was the first time she had been on the island, so she may have arrived a bit later at Labrador's front doorstep than she had intended.

The girl had no idea why she hadn't bothered to visit the island before. She knew it was there, but she had no reason to go up and visit. Now, she did. In her hands was a varied bouquet of flowers she had picked along the way, and even the scent of it put her into a better mood.

Once confirming that she was in front of Cottage One, Chizuru raised her hand and knocked on the door.

There isn't an answer for now as Labrador had gone out to work in his garden out back after Chizuru hadn't arrive at the time she'd said she would. She might hear him singing lightly though as he worked and as the flowers danced around him happily.

Oh, no. Had he left for somewhere? She was late, and that wasn't normal for her. The girl began to fret at the door, and then thought she heard something.

Singing? It was coming from the back. Ah, perhaps he was already outside, enjoying the pleasant water? Chizuru goes around the side of the building and looks towards where the singing is coming from.

Yes, Mr. Labrador is there! And..

It takes a moment for her to register anymore than that, as apparently.. flowers.. were.. dancing around him?

Chizuru walks over to the edge of the garden, but doesn't step into it. Lowering her upper form, she keeps the position as she apologizes.

"I am so sorry I am late, Mr. Labrador. I have never been to the island and became distracted while also being lost on the way here," Chizuru admits.

The flowers swayed round happily to the rhythm of his song and his flowering vines swirled around him. He stopped a moment when he heard her. "Ah, there you are, Miss Chizuru! And it's alright, please do get up."

He hurried over to her and touched her lightly on the shoulder.

Chizuru stands up as he requests, and while she can, she tilts her body to the side to look around him.

"Forgive my asking, but.. those flowers.. were dancing?"

Yes, yes, they were. She was sure of it. And that was definitely something Chizuru had not heard of before.

"Mn?"

He looks behind him at the flowers then back at her.

"Yes, they were. They are rather fond of doing that when I sing to them. Why? Is something wrong?"

Because this is completely normal to him and everyone back home at the Church knows about his powers~!
