[ The First Official Collaboration Party was set to begin soon. Without his castle, his subjects and all the supplies he typically had for a rocking party, Gumball felt that this party was extremely lacking. There weren't even Jelly People hung up to decorate the ceiling. The makeshift sign he made out of a coffee cup and stood at the end of the table would have to do. Hopefully his science buddies would be able to see it and know where to find him! Sometimes, he was easy to lose in the crowd when he wasn't all decked out in his princely attire. It wouldn't take long for them to register, pick up their badges and let the scienceing begin!

He was excited to construct a hoverboard but also to share his scientific discoveries when it came to zombies. He wasn't sure how he was going to link the two into this party but he didn't care! The more the merrier and if he could walk out of that coffee shop with a zombie riding a hoverboard, then it would be a good day!

So there he sat. Waiting for his party guests ~~or anyone else who would like to invade~~. ]

[With how much had been going on lately, Bro had almost forgotten about the challenge to get a fully-functional hoverboard constructed within Vatheon. The second he received an invitation for the collaboration party, however, he was ready to jump right back into that sciencey mindset. This Gumball Prince seemed to have enough theoretical know-how to get the details worked out and Leo had all the experience. He had no idea who Dr. Gloria Stein was, but he figured there was a good reason she was invited too.

He'd never actually seen Prince Gumball before, but he would've recognized him even without the strategically-placed coffee cup sign. The pink was a dead giveaway. He approached the table with a determined stride and a slight smile.]

Sup. His royal highness of sugary sweets, I assume?

[ Gumball looked up when Bro addressed him and then stood to greet him, extending a hand for shaking and offering a slight bow of his head. ]

The very one! And you must be the archduke of strider and baron of whiztacular cheese? It's a pleasure and an honor to meet you in person, especially over something so fascinating and important.

[Oh, still on that Cheese Whiz thing? Well, all right then. Bro won't complain. It's a hilarious title to have, anyway. As he shakes Gumball's hand, he bows his head as well.]

No no, the honor's all mine, your highness. It ain't every day a guy gets to attend a party with legit candy royalty.

[Leo spots Prince Gumball very quickly. He's hard to miss with all that pink! The other guy standing there had to be Bro. He fit the description he'd been given the other week. He was a little surprised at how much this guy looked like Dirk, but he was older, taller, broader and more than likely stronger. For now, Leo would keep those thoughts to himself.

Buford had been left back at home, but Leo did bring a hunk of celestial bronze with him as well as the Archimedes sphere. He wants to show off the material in both raw and finished forms. Between making Nanaki's birthday present and making fireworks, he's not had the time to work on the sphere since he got a hold of the celestial bronze, so it's still broken.

He sidles up to the pair and grins.]

Sup, bubble bro and uh... [He looks to Bro. This should get him the answer (or at least a hint) to why he looks so much like Dirk without asking it outright.] I never did get your name when we spoke.

[ He'll chuckle warmly at what Bro says. ]

Well, it's a pretty common thing for me, honestly. Candy People are unconstantly notorious for throwing rather constant unnotorious parties.

[ His attention shifts as Leo enters the rodeo. He greets him enthusiastically and with outstretched arms (once the shaking one is extracted from within the dark confines of Bro's hand. ]

If I am to be Bubble Bro, then Leo, I'd like you to meet Bro Bro.

[ He's not funny at all. ]

[Constant unnotorious parties, huh? Sounds like candy people know how to have lots of fun, even if it's 'unnotorious' fun. He's just about to comment on that when Leo sidles up to them. Scruffy kid with a toolbelt, so no mistaking that one. When Gumball's next remark follows, he grins widely. It is an unfunny remark, but it's so unfunny that it circles around and goes right back into funny.]

Yeah, Bro Bro sounds legit. Bro Bro Strider.

[Leo finds Gumball's comment funny and smiles and reaches out for a gentle hand shake.]

Strider? So you are related to Dirk? And Bro is a pretty cool name. Must've had some cool parents to wind up with that name. [He holds his fist out for a fistbump. He would have done the same for Gumball, but he's been down that road and it left the bubble man in pain.]

[ He doesn't really get if there is supposed to be a pun on Bro Strider or not? What makes parents so cool to name him that, anyway? Afterall, his name is Bubba Gumball and if that doesn't qualify you for the Cool Parents award, what does?

Mourns the absence of a fistbump but will shake Leo's hand NONETHELESS. ]

I can't wait to get started on this hoverboard! We'll be hovering around the bubble in no time.

[Leo's remarks are almost facepalm worthy. Almost. Bro's going to focus on that fistbump instead, though. That's a better occupation for his hand right now. There's really no point in getting worked up over this Dirk thing. It was funny the first few times someone asked, now it's getting a little frustrating, but there's nothing he can do about it either way.]

All Striders are cool in every possible way. It's a universal law.

[He shrugs, then turns his attention to Gumball again.] Man, people are gonna be so insanely jealous of our hoverboards.

So I'm learning.

Can't wait to get started on them. [Leo grinned. Yes. The hoverboards, the whole purpose of this get-together. He sets the celestial bronze and Archimedes Sphere on the table. He looks to Bro and then to Gumball.] I know we talked about the celestial bronze, Bro, but I don't remember if I did with you Gumball. Anyway. I brought some with me so you guys could check it out.
