Fairy Plot Begin

Who: Bloom [personal profile] ofthedragonfire and Denzel
When: Now
Where: Around the Bubble
Style: I'll match yours
Status: Closed

Ever since that Crocker has been tipped off about a fairy being in the Bubble the man was going to find that fairy. Although, he wasn't exactly sure what he was looking for. Maybe this was one of those fairy godparents from his universe? Or perhaps this was another kind, one the man was not familiar with. As he's read in all of those books in that library and even encountered one never to see her again.

With his fairy tracker between his boney fingers in one hand, and the special butterfly net in the other. Crocker stalks about the Bubble watching his Fairy Tracker device. After all, only fairy magic would make it go off...

Old compulsions die hard. As the man just slowly, very slowly creeps around the Bubble...

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Bloom had pretty much spent the day wondering around the bubble, getting a much better feel of it now that she had time to. In her mind it seemed downright peaceful except that one thing. People seemed to go about their everyday lives too, even if they have been thrown into an unusual situation.

It was nice to see, at least in her mind. So making her way towards the plaza, in hopes that maybe there was a thing or two she could get while she was here. Maybe some seeds, possibly something for her small garden. So, when she finally reached her destination, she placed a strand of hair firmly behind her ears before walking around, taking a good looking at the stalls.

To her today seemed like a rather normal, yet pleasant day. At least that is what she thought.

Bloom really wasn't expecting what happened to actually happen. In fact Bloom hadn't been paying attention until she saw the butterfly net lightly bop her on the head. Not really sure why that was called for, she moved back a step or two, for once her face showing what could only be described as a mixture of sheer confusion and surprise.

"Uh. Is there a reason you just tried to catch me with a net?"

Bloom just stood there for the moment, the surprise of the moment finally settling in for the meantime before she instead removes the net from her head. Better do that now rather than look silly later.

"You're...looking for fairies." That didn't sound as good as she would think usually. It reminded her of a certain group who would track them down, except they didn't use devices. "Any reason why?"

Bloom couldn't help but take a step back, unsure of who exactly he thought he was talking to, but never the less she noted that his moments and speech were more than a little... off.

Keeping mostly to herself, she wonder what exactly were his intentions? She knew it would have to be something she had to find out now, because she made another choice concerning what she should do next. So, clapping her hands together she asked a question "You must believe in fairies then? But I'm curious as to why you actively want to track them down? What purpose is that for?"

Even though Bloom herself was a fairy, before the life of one, she had always read the fairy tales and stories of them. They were always her favorite stories as a matter of fact, but she had never of known the truth and the stories were a little different. Never the less the attitude this guy before her was showing, she believed that he shouldn't know who she truly was. It didn't seem like a good idea and would only end badly if not worse than that.

Sure she could handle bad guys, but crazy guys are something different. Especially since he was clearly human. She just couldn't hurt him if he tried anything, unless she had to out of self defense. "It's a very... Unusual hobby, but I can understand why one might like fairies. I mean from what I read in stories they were amazing. But I doubt that there are fairies around here, if they are real at all."

She put a hand behind her head, she was getting more and more nervous around the guy the more and more he spoke. To her this guy made it seem like it was a obsession, something he must do for whatever reason and no matter the cost.

Though she did raise an eyebrow at the fact he has seen one. "Really? What were they like?" She added, the fact was she was generally curious.

She kept her eye on the the device, trying to figure out what exactly it was and why did it keep beeping only at her. So leaning in closer to get a better look she did note the writing. But at listening to him, she simply shook her head.

"I wouldn't call you anything like that, that's not who I am."

She wasn't a mean person and she wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as she stood up "And to answer your question, I'm curious simply because I always wondered what fairies were like when I was little and if they were anything like in the story books." She smiled as calmly as she could, even though he did seem a little odd.

She leaned back slightly at the response, unsure whether he was actually paying attention or not. She guessed not as she recalls she hadn't actually called him anything. "I... never actually called you crazy." She slowly starts to wonder if the words crazy and crackpot are something he is use to people calling him, thus why he says it the way he does.

So with a tilt of her head and a rather still confused look with not being able to understand or get a straight answer out of him she just simply listened. "Oh, so the fairy was very much like in story books." Which she was surprised at the fact the fairy was so little, she always assumed they where her size.

"Oh, you dropped your net. here let me pick it up" He said kneeling down to pick it up.

She stopped in the middle of trying to pick it up as she looked over. She wasn't expecting someone to not want help in picking it up. Maybe he just didn't like people touching his things, but still she didn't know many people who were like that so this was a first.

"Ah, sorry, I won't touch it if you don't want me to." She said standing up and straightening out her outfit. "In my world? They were just stories on Earth, but it didn't mean I didn't believe myself that they were real."

Well that was somewhat rude. Bloom could only be nice for so long before she knows it would be time to stick up for herself. This happened to be one of those times. So, with hands on her hips she stood up straight. "It's called being a good Samaritan, but if you don't want help then fine, I won't."

She knew that unless it was the Trix or some other evil guy that she wouldn't get as annoyed, but she knew she shouldn't get pointed at when she was just simply trying to be a good person at heart, but she was a little too miffed to want to answer the second part of what he said. She thought it was best she didn't give any hints.

"I best get back home. it's quite a walk from here."
