When Thalassino swaps their powers, Tiir can feel it—or at least the loss of his. His Iino Doue is as much of a part of him as any sense or limb, and so when it disappears, everything feels wrong to him. It's a familiar experience, from during the curse when he lost his powers, but he can't say it's any more pleasant the second time around.
"Damn it—!" He mutters under his breath, before glancing at Eridan. Aside from that probably being something he never needed to see in his life, he should be grateful that he didn't end up like that, but he's a bit too upset over losing his Iino Doue to be entirely grateful. Still, at least it answers one question.
He then glances at the other member of their party, though he doesn't have the time to figure out what the situation with her is, given that Thalassino is preparing a spell. Normally, that wouldn't matter to Tiir—if anything, magic would only help him—but without his eyes, that's a different matter entirely.
Well then—he might as well go with his guess. He starts running towards Eridan.

"Give me that!"
That being the wand, that is.
