Once the water has been drained away by those putting up the water barriers and the coral is clear and dry, this is where the engineering crew comes into play. Underneath a layer of quaint cobblestones, they will soon come across a layer of heavy duty cement. Hopefully you have some tools (or personal strength?) to break through. Once broken through the layer of cement, it will give way to an underground cavity. Most of the cavity is taken up by the 'roots' of the coral, burrowing deep into the rock. And on these glowing roots, various devices have been attached, with wires running deep into the core of the coral. In many cases the wiring inside the machines has been fried and needs to be replaced. Good luck.
