Mistakes can be costly
Who: Bat!Johnny and Crowley
Location: Just outside the elevator
Time: Morning of the 2nd
Style: Whatever works for you, bb~
Status: Cloosed~
He'd only meant to stay out on the beach till the sunrise...but the sound of the waves had lulled Johnny into sleep. By the time he woke up, the sun was just showing its first rays and already he could feel the burning.
He'd stumbled to his feet and tried to get to the elevator quickly, but he hadn't been fast enough. The purity of the sun's light burned through him and caused his body to dissolve into sand. He was able to press the button before his body melted away completely, leaving only the small, barely palm-sized, grey bat in it's wake.
He couldn't remember getting into the elevator or the travel down and he could only assume the station master was behind it. Now he lay on the cold concrete, barely able to move.
A small, fragile, bat and he was going to be stuck there out in the open if someone didn't find him.

No, you're definitely no ordinary bat. Something familiar about you, though...
[A pause as he takes a puff of his cigarette and exhales all the fumes in Johnny's direction, not even caring if the smoke would have an adverse effect on the creature or not.]
Can you speak?

He wanted to say something snarky at the demon; tell him off about animal cruelty or something, but all he could get was an indignant squeak.
If this was how he was going to be treated, he'd start a revenge tally now...]

You know, you're kind of an amusing little thing after all. Maybe I'll find something to do with you...
[He turns away from the elevator, still holding the bat as he walks towards where he lives. What could he do with a bat-turned resident? He'd have to think about it on the way.]

In an attempt at a little less discomfort, he used the claw on his other wing to hoist himself onto Crowley's hand with another squeak of indigence.
How rude to treat a pure blood vampire like a rat. >( ]
ALL THE LATENESS
[And he points, and suddenly a silver cage forms from the air around the bat, sealing him in so that Crowley can carry him around easier.]
There! Much better. This way you don't need to scrabble around on my hands like a caterpillar or something. You know, maybe I'll sell you to one of the residents here. I'd bet someone would like a bat as a pet.

As soon as he was strong enough, he'd regain his form and escape. At some point. If only he had some blood.]
