Who: Walter and Tiir, and you
Where: Plaza
When: 26th, morning
Style: Either
Status: Open
[It's a fine morning in Vatheon, as per the usual, and Walter is out and about, crossing the plaza to the coral. He stops before the local deity, then raises his left hand to reach for one of its tips.
Meanwhile, Tiir also happens to be making his usual trip to the coral—though perhaps atypical in this case, as he doesn't often run into Walter while doing so. For a moment, he pauses, recognizing the boy immediately.]
Ah, it’s you. You look well.
[Glancing up, Walter only gives that silent indication of having heard Tiir before returning his attention to Lamufao. Despite being mostly ignored, Tiir simply smiles, as he's used to Walter's dismissive attitude by now. Seeing as how Walter's presence hasn't bothered him before, he continues moving towards the coral, reaching out to touch it.
The top of Walter's left hand glows past his sleeves; likewise, Tiir's own marking glows from underneath his sleeve. Glancing at it, Tiir moves to pull his hand away from the coral when the tips of his fingers seem to brush against something—but it's such a minute detail, what does that matter? As he tries to move, however, he finds himself being pulled in the opposite direction as his hand twists at an odd angle. Similarly, the weight of Tiir moving the other way draws Walter back, his hand outstretched behind him.
Oh.
And before anyone knows it, there's a splash and the fountain is occupied with a torso full of Tiir in the water, choking for breath, while Walter, still dry, pushes himself up and off of Tiir's chest—though getting out completely proves fruitless when their fingertips are stuck together.]
( ooc: Tagging order is you → Tiir → Walter! )

He's not interested in the why or how. He just wants to free his hand and go back to his own business.
Incidentally, that hand is tense and raised partway to make space between him and Tiir.]

Curse?
[It still doesn't explain why Tiir was in the fountain though.]
no subject
I suppose that's a possible explanation... though that would mean that we're stuck like this, wouldn't it?
[Okay, just because he's come to like Walter a little more doesn't mean he wants to be with the guy for who knows how long.]
no subject
And a week with you, Tiir? Never.
Looking at their joined fingertips, Walter cranes his hand in. Still stuck. He looks at Tiir.
Fix this.]
no subject
Maybe it'll let go sooner than that.
no subject
And no, Cielo. Not funny.]
... Hopefully. I can't imagine that either of us are pleased with this arrangement.

Let me know if either of you need anything, ja?
[You can always come to him, Tiir! ...other guy too!]
no subject
Aha... I'm assuming a way to end this is beyond your capabilities—but thank you, Cielo. I'll keep that in mind.
no subject
. . . this is taking longer than he'd like, so Walter finally interjects.]
Are you finished?
no subject
Ja, ja. See you two around.
[He'd give both friendly pats on the shoulder, but he thinks better of it and wisely decides not to.]
no subject
Stop pushing away all of his friends, gosh.]
Mm-hmm. See you later, Cielo. Hopefully sooner than later.
no subject
Walter's only response is a continued stare. Not necessarily a jab for Cielo to leave quickly, but basic greetings and farewells never were high on his list of priorities.]
no subject
...but you'll see him again.]
