Ed's first curse. Arf.
Who: Radical Edward
When: Throughout the week.
Where: Around the bubble.
Style: Starting prose, I will follow you.
Status: Open
A strange sight will greet the denizens of the bubble. Well, just as strange as anything else going on during this week. The sight is that of two Pembroke Welsh Corgis roaming around the bubble. The first of which might have been seen around the bubble before, A basic brown corgi who carries himself like most dogs would. The second is a more reddish corgi who seems to be incapable of sitting still. It bounces, twirls, and makes a nuisance of itself towards the first corgi; This includes climbing on, biting, and knocking over the other exasperated corgi.
Edward has been turned into a corgi, she cannot speak, and she is having the time of her life! Ein is not as amused.

going with action if you don't mind
Totally cool. =)
[The brown corgi seemed perfectly content passing right by the cat, he was still amused about the whole situation. Unlike his human friend, he had assimilated what the pamphlet said. He just did not really have a way to to communicate it to Edward. He spoke to her, in his way, but she usually did not listen.]
[The Ed-corgi almost immediately makes for the cat, barking happily the whole time, it even appeared to be hopping as it ran. Clearly exasperated, the Ein-corgi follows after Ed. He is barking as well, his was directed towards his friend. "Please do not terrorize the cat. It is clearly distressed."]

[The sudden approach has Karkat's feet moving before he can think. He scrambles from the doorway, sparing only a minimal glance at the furry pair. Had it only been one dog, or had Ed been more calmly curious than energetic, he might have tried his luck with defending himself. Instead, he's on the lookout for some way to get away - preferably, his instincts tell him, up above. Until then the plan is "run like hell."]

[Now painfully aware that Ed was going to continue to chase the cat regardless, the brown corgi chases after the red corgi, no longer bothering to try bark after her. She may be in a dog's body, but she did not speak the native tongue. If he could only get a little closer he would grab her by the scruff of the neck, like a mother would do to puppies who would wander too far. ]

[It's only a matter of time before he finds a suitable tree. He leaps up and hauls ass, claws sticking in bark until he's curled into the crook of a branch. From there he hisses down at his pursuers.]

[Arriving shortly after the brown corgi offers a conciliatory couple of barks. "Apologies, she gets excitable." He then walks up and gets the red corgi by the scruff of the neck. She instinctively goes mostly limp. Ein counted himself lucky in that regard, that at least the body she had knew when to calm down. He then begins to lead her away from the be-treed cat.]

Uh--hey, thanks!
[Pause. Is he actually thanking someone about a dog that chased him up a tree?]
And for the record I am not this lame any other day of the sweep, but being a cat for this curse has inflicted me with a terminal case of instinct-based stupidity.
[Because that record totally needed to be set straight.]

17 spotted two corgis up ahead. He stared blankly for a moment. They would probably smell the cat hair on him.

The brown corgi almost visibly sighs and and turns to follow the red corgi. He is barking as well, but his are directed towards the other dog. 'You cannot bark at everything that is a cat' is what he was trying to say, but even though his friend had turned into a dog, she did not seem to understand the native tongue.

"Let me guess, you want to play."

The brown corgi stops a few feet away, relieved that Ed was not going to attack the human. So long as she was safe, he did not care what sort of dog-related shenanigans she got herself into. Just a couple more days and she should be back in her normal form, according to the pamphlet at least.

"It seems your friend wants to sit and watch. That's fine. So what game should we play?"

Further back the brown corgi continued to watch. The human his friend was climbing all over didn't appear to be fully human. There was something about his bearing and movements that made him seem more then human. Oh well, he didn't sense any hostility, so as long as it didn't hurt Edward they would not have issues. Speaking of Edward, the brown corgi continues to be amused by Edwards handling of the curse, mostly even now that even when she was barking she only appeared to be saying 'arf' in dog.
