It's not exactly unusual to see Roxas in the vicinity of the ice cream shop. He's probably one of its top customers, aside from the not-having-to-pay part.

What is a little unusual is that he's eating... strawberry ice cream. It's gotten to the point where he doesn't have to say what flavor he wants, but this time the lady at the counter gave him something different, remarking she heard it was his favorite. He's overheard a few similarly strange things from the natives, but mostly harmless stuff about people he doesn't know and he dismissed most of it.

Anyway, there's nothing wrong with trying new things, right? Actually, strawberry's not bad.

((Another rumor going around which Roxas hasn't heard is that he likes kissing folk. Vanitas sure got all the important parts out of that diary. So be forewarned your character may be subjected to kissing... on the cheek.))

"Really? Are you sure? I promise I don't have any germs!" She winks brightly at that before blinking at the icecream. Then she just leans right in there and has a lick. "Mmm!"

"I'm really not worried about germs." As if to prove his point, he leans in before she's completely pulled back to kiss her on the nose.

Selphie was about to reply, but then she was kissed on the nose! Her eyes widen in surprise and she giggles, "What was that for?"

"I- I dunno." Roxas looks surprised and pretty sheepish himself, but at least she doesn't seem to mind. "I didn't- exactly mean to do it."

[booyaka_boom]

"Hmm..." Selphie looked kindly at Roxas, trying to figure out whether or not he was just trying to be cheeky or what. And also, like she was trying to figure out whether there was any danger or not - especially after...that curse. "But you don't wanna do it again, do you?"

He wasn't too embarrassed about it until her question, but then his eyes widen a bit.

"Do it aga-- N-no, of course not!" Wait, that might be kind of insulting. "I- I mean, I just don't... I don't know you that well."

[booyaka_boom]

At first, Selphie puts a hand on her hip, planning on demanding on what's so wrong with her that he wouldn't want to, but then she smiles.

"Well, okay. So at least I know it isn't *that* curse again!" But she blushed slightly, remembering just how she had behaved that particular day.

Oh, phew. He backpedalled safely out of that one.

More or less.

"Which-- Oh. You mean- you got hit by that one, too." Roxas blushes a little more than slightly at the memory of that one.

Uh oh! Why did Selphie mention that? She totally didn't want to talk about it. And now she's pretty pink too, covering her cheeks with her hands.

"Oh! Ha - yeah - pretty funny...right? Or - something."

"W-well, on the nose is- nothing compared to that."

Roxas, that's not helping either. You just implied that what happened before was pretty intense-- which it was, but no one needs to know that who hasn't found out already.

Selphie gasps at his statement and, in panic, pokes him lightly in the ribs, still blushing red, "Don't! We don't have to talk about it!" Oh, so awkward!

"Ah!" No, don't do that, Selphie, he's ticklish. Roxas shies away from the assault, waving his free hand.

"S-sorry! I'll just- stop talking now..."

[booyaka_boom]

But actually, seeing Roxas move like that, Selphie can't help but poke at him there again, fingers tickling. At least that was them stopped talking.

[coolerthansora]

"H-hey, stop that, I'm--" Roxas's protests are interrupted by a laugh. "I- I'm eating!"

We can't endanger the ice cream, okay?

[booyaka_boom]

"Okay - I guess you're right." He did have a point, icecream was precious. "I should go get some of my own, huh?"

[coolerthansora]

"Y-yeah." Oh, thank goodness she stopped. "Tickling is off-limits until we're both done." He thinks about that for a second. "And then I'm allowed to run away."

[booyaka_boom]

"Right! So if I go get myself some icecream, and I'll be back in two secs, and you'll still be here? Or are you gonna run away anyway?"

"I'll stick around," Roxas said. "So long as you keep your hands to yourself."

[booyaka_boom]

"He-ey! Don't go flattering yourself, mister!" So Selphie skipped off and came back with a cone with a scoop of strawberry on top of a scoop of chocolate. "This is deeeelicious!"

And Roxas was left for a few moments to try to figure out how he was flattering himself by thinking she might tickle him again...

Oh well.

"What's the other flavor?"

Selphie's brand of teasing and pseudo flirting is always weird, so not to worry!

She sticks out her cone and grins, "Chocolate! Wanna try?"

"Uh... Maybe some other time." Roxas gives her a sheepish grin. He doesn't want there to be any more accidental nose-kissing.

[booyaka_boom]

Selphie pouted a little and licked at her chocolate icecream, "Well, if you say so. But it's super good. Are you sure?"

[coolerthansora]

"I'm sure. It'll still be here later." ...probably. Assuming it didn't get burned down again.

"Okay. But serious, this stuff is awesome!" She waves it in front of his face for a moment before happily going back to licking.
