It's all about give and take, and the way you treat others

When Zelos had promised the whole of Vatheon free everything from Golden Victory, it was like opening the flood gates. It was the busiest it had ever been, which meant Rin was doubly busy back in the kitchen, cranking out orders as fast as he could. A wall separated him from the rest of the club, but a swinging door to the right and a window for order pick up gave a view both in to the kitchen and out from it. Really, Rin didn't mind the rush, and though Zelos had said he could take as many breaks as needed to make it easier on himself, the half-demon was determined to use his unnatural stamina to power through the day with as few as possible.
Which meant he completely, utterly missed that his brother had finally arrived in Vatheon.
But if one were to wander in to the club and be able to see him past the patrons and hosts, they would see him blissfully unaware and carrying on as usual. He joked with the wait staff and hosts that came around, and cooked quickly and efficiently with a smile on his face that seemed genuinely happy. In fact he almost looked like he belonged there, and not even his tail made him seem out of place.

"Honestly niisan, how many times have you used your flames here?" Yukio asked trying to keep his tone and demeanor as nothing more then lighthearted despite the situation that he was skirting around.

Rin goes quiet for several minutes, and it looks as though he's simply focused on his work, but his tail gives a noticeable droop and there's a clearly uncomfortable, downcast look to the half-demon's expression.
"More than you think I should," he finally answered, but while the words sounded as though they should have been bitter, his voice didn't carry the tone of it.
"You don't know what it's like here, Yukio. It may look like all sunshine and fish on the outside but there are some... really fucked up people here. Some of 'em worse than the demons we've gone up against."
