[A friend once introduced Cielo to movies. And now that there was a television in the Embryon Base, he was going to make use of it and get one to watch.

Except there's a problem.

How does he know which one to choose!?

Depends on what I'm in the mood for! Generally I stick to comedy or romance, but every once in awhile I'll want to watch a good action flick. Or sometimes, like when it's storming or if friends are over and it's nighttime, I'll pop in a horror movie.

Tons! I take it you don't have movies where you're from? [Rinoa has... never heard of that particular title, but she peers over to take a look at it anyway.]

[He places the case back on the shelf.]

We don't have fun things where I come from.

That's horrible.

[Yeah, if she had her way, Cielo and the DDS gang would never see the light of their world again. It just sounds too horrible.]

At least you can have fun here. Maybe you should rent a few different genres. You know, to see what you like.

[He wonders how many he should get. Three, maybe? He thinks Heat would like an action movie. Something cute for Sera. And a funny movie because he's the one picking here.]

I was looking for a comedy, too. I could use a good laugh.

[One catches her eye: "How to Train Your Seahorse". It looks kind of cute, she thinks.]

[After great deliberation, Cielo picks up a movie called Raiders of the Lost Ark (the titular ark being a boat rather than a really shiny box). That's an action movie down! Now to find something else. He looks at the same shelf Rinoa is.]

Are you getting that one?

[He points at the movie she's eyeing.]

I'm thinking about it. Look pretty cute! [Peering over at Cielo's.] Although... yours has a hot guy on the front. Hmmmm... [Cuteness or hotness? The internal debates of an 18 year old.]

[He looks at the DVD case again. Well, the guy on it does seem to be fighting, so of course he would be all sweaty-like. :V]

Well, why don't you get more than one too?

Mmm, maybe I will. [She tucks the DVD she found under her arm.] What else are you thinking of getting?

[He holds up a hand with two fingers.]

Something cute for Sera. And something funny.

Here, get this for her. [Handing over the movie she pulled off the shelf.] Don't worry, I'll find another.

As for something funny... [They were in the middle of the aisle. So instead of walking all the way down to the end, she steps onto the bottom most shelf and props herself up so she can look over the top shelf. Peering around, she searches for a moment before she points to the left.]

Over there. I see the action films.

[He takes the movie she hands him and follows her over to the other shelf.]

Oh, I see!

[He starts looking at every single DVD on the shelf]

[While he's looking at those movies, Rinoa's going to take a peek at the ones behind them, which are more action ones. But yeah, she's hunting hot guys.

After awhile, she looks over her shoulder.]

Find anything?

[He's not entirely sure what will appeal to his sense of humor, so he ends up picking one at random.]

Maybe this one.

[He holds up a movie called Boat!]

Oh, that one looks pretty good. I mean, won't know til you try it anyway, right?

[She was looking at one called Bubble Wars. It's got the same hot guy from Cielo's movie on the cover, along with a few others.]

[Just like food! And if Cielo doesn't like the movie all he has to do is bring it back and never watch it again.]

I think this is everything I need.

Almost. [She gives him a little wink before she points towards the registers, although more specifically at all the junk food displays right next to them.] Don't forget the popcorn. It's a big part of the traditional movie watching experience.

Oh, I wouldn't dare.

[Movies just aren't movies without the snacks. So he heads over to the snack section and he's getting some popcorn. And candy.

...that's a lot of popcorn and candy.]

[Holy crap, she's almost surprised he knows about movie snacks. But hey, it's a pleasant surprise.

...and that surprise increases tenfold when she sees the quantity of said snacks.]

Wow. I wish I could eat that much and not risk getting fat. Or developing diabetes.

[You should see him in restaurants, Rinoa. Woe betide any eatery if the entire Tribe decides to go out for dinner.]

I'm going to share it with my Tribe.

[But he could eat all of it if he wanted to.]
