[ Okay. No big deal. Just visiting the guy she happens to have a huge pale crush on that she's actually owning up to, with movies and ice cream, after he got some of his teeth knocked out. No big deal at all.

God she doesn't want to screw this up.

She sent a message ahead to let him know she was coming over, so he should be expecting her, right? Which means she totally can't chicken out. Nope. Just going to knock on that door right now and then shift her weight from one foot to the other anxiously as she waits for it to open up. She's not used to being polite instead of just busting on in. ]

[ Psii has monopolized the couch in his post-trauma recovery. He's fragile for a troll, after all, and it seemed ideal because of two things.

He would be able to say "Signless" directly to Signless whenever he checked in on him, and the television was there. Life was, ultimately, pretty good despite getting banged up.

He doesn't bother getting up to answer the door, swinging it open with his mind instead. ]

[ Oh. Well that's cool too. Mindfang edges in, looking around until she sees Psii and having a seat next to him. ]

I brought movies and sweets. That a sufficient entrance fee for your hive?

[ He scoots so that she'll have plenty of room, but then sort of spreads back out. He is not an impressive troll, but he is lanky. ]

Sweets-

[ An obvious pause, like he's relishing the word, though it's obvious in just how soft he's speaking that he really doesn't feel all that well. ]

Sweets alone would have surely been sufficient.

[ Well fine. She'll be taking that as an invitation to snuggle up, then. ]

Can never be sure. You ever eaten ice cream right out of the carton, Psii?

I have not. I can acquire the utensils and concave eating platters, if you have want for them.

[ He doesn't even really think about it when she snuggles up. A long time living with Signless has trained him well in regards to close contact with others in the safety of his hive, not that Mindfang has ever given him any reason to not be comfortable with an arrangement like this.

Is there significance to doing so improperly?

We'll need spoons, but we should be fine otherwise. And duh, eating it like this is fun. Breaking the rules of normal ways to eat ice cream! You could do with breaking a few.

[ She smiles, dumping a few movies in his lap. A documentary on bees, Pirates of the Lamufao, Captain and Commander. ]

You can pick whatever one you want, to start. I'm planning on staying over, so we'll probably have time to watch all three.

Then we will be rebellious? I think that is alright.

[ This is the benefit of snuggling up to a psionic. He doesn't have to move to pick a movie in order to put it in the dvd player to get things started--Pirates of Lamufao as it that would appeal to her most of all, first, in case her plans alter themselves--and bring in a pair of spoons. ]

Yep, today we are cutting loose.

[ Wow she is really not experienced at cuddling. The only guy she might have done it with as a kid was strong enough to break her with a tap, so not much of it happened. Clambering like a little hellmonkey on him was more common. But Psii is...comfy.

She pulls the lid off the carton of ice cream, handing him a spoon and taking one for herself. ]

They call this stuff "Half Baked." It's half chocolate with chunks of brownie and half chocolate chip cookie dough. It's obscene that anything can taste this good.

Humans... are very strange.

[ He seems intrigued by the dessert however, though he hesitates as if letting her dig in first is somehow important. After all, there might be a certain way to engage in this act.

Psii is the most ridiculous of all trolls. ]

I think it will be enjoyable.

[ She thrusts a spoon in to lift out some of the sweet, but then pauses, looking at the way he's so raptly watching her.

And then holds the spoon to his mouth instead. ]

Of course it will, I picked it. Try it.

[ See? He knew he needed to observe before attempting to mimic this act of eating inappropriately. There was a trick to it, and he looks between her and the spoon a few times before leaning in and trying it as requested. ]

It... is good.

[ That is clearly his cue to take his spoon, dig in, and offer her a bite as well, right? This is how that works? ]

[ o...oh. o////////o Psii you are...you are the most moe. Of all time.

Flushing cerulean, Mindfang leans in, gently swallowing down the offered ice cream. Oh god the troll she's pale for just fed her very romantically!!!!!!!! ]

I...I told you so.

[ Maybe this is how it works? She took the bite. But... she seems to be somewhat distressed, also.

Being a troll is a very confusing thing sometimes. ]

[ Okay, this is totally cool. She's just gonna resume snuggles and maybe feed him some more ice cream now, okay. Because that's cool. ]

That is a good definition of best. I agree.

[ Clearly spoonfeeding your cuddle-buddy while the intro to Pirates of Lamufao plays on is the coolest thing Mindfang could be doing. As far as Psii is concerned, there aren't too many better ways to recover from severe face trauma via stairs. ]

[ Of course it's the coolest thing she could be doing, because it's Mindfang doing it. Duh. Everything she does is automatically cool! She settles in to watch the intro with a little sigh. ]

You obviously have good sense and taste, Psii. -This human isn't bad, but Troll Captain Jack Sparrow was just so dreamy.

Their kind is... alarming in appearance, I find. Perhaps... we could acquire a troll movie of that nature in the Nostalgia Quarter sometime.

Oh my god. You have the best ideas, Psii!

[ CAN SHE HUG YOU? SHE IS HUGGING YOU. ]

I bet they have all kinds of troll movies we could watch in the Nostalgia Quarter! You should come to find some you'd like with me sometime.

We must then acquire currency as the items in the Quarter are not free to be taken.

[ He just sort of flops into the hug, content. ]
